The front desk was so helpful, especially when I realized that I had left my cell phone in the taxi. They were able to locate the taxi company and retrieve my phone and deliver it to my room. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The dinner and breakfast voucher was reasonable considering dinner included an appetizer or dessert. It was honestly the best experience I had in the UK on this trip. Great value!

Stayed here a few times Love the location Staff are excellent especially Theresa on reception she is so friendly and welcoming and goes above and beyond she is a credit to you

This hotel is ideally placed just off the A38. We stayed here for 2 weeks and a couple of days for work Ladies on the checking Teresa,Jess and Megan were really nice and could be more helpful if they tried. Resturant next door had a great menus and between the 8 of us we tried almost everything. Next time we're in the area this will be the place to stay again Big thanks to the 3 ladies.

last minute booking. Was really easy to book online. Arrived a little late but was checked in with no problems at all. Booked a table in the restaurant for breakfast and I’m glad I did, it was crazy busy, but the team handled it really well. Room was spacious and very clean.

Cannot fault this hotel. One of the best I've stayed in. Friendly check in. Clean rooms. Lovely soft pillows and spare ones provided in the room too. Extra tea coffee always available in receptionist. Wish they would put more in the rooms and a biscuit would be nice

The staff at Ripley are so welcoming. I had a great night sleep as I always do at Premier inn and will definitely be coming back soon! We also had a great meal at the pub opposite, the staff were great and so was the food, my whole family really enjoyed the whole stay.

Fantastic hotel, lovely friendly staff on arrival, rooms spotlessly clean. Lovely friendly staff everywhere stayed here for three nights and all staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast and dinner served next door was good even though they were extremely busy. Will definitely be back

Don't stay here. The service from the manager is extremely poor, the room was poor and when we went for our food we discovered that was also poor.

Staff were friendly and convenient that there was a restaurant next door with great breakfast. McDonald’s and Sainsburys nearby.
