Très bon emplacement à moins de 10 minutes à pied des restaurants et du stade. Par contre, impossible de se doucher - ce qui est très gênant pendant 3 jours et 2 nuits : l'eau était bouillante (même en position froide !!! Appartement petit quand même mais le gros problème a été la douche !!!

Untrustworthy company - with poor security standards. Very unhelpful over the phone, if you can get hold of them. The emergency service did not pick up first time and it was only my persistent ringing which lead to an answer.

The room had a damp issue, and there was constant door slamming being located right by the entrance - there was no soundproofing. Could not get any sleep on my final night as there was what I suspected to be drug related activity / ************ happening in the room next door. Thankfully that was only on my final night. However, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything needed for a decent stay so its a shame. I won't be staying here again. Very disappointing as I had really enjoyed a previous stay at the apartments on Fitzhamon Embankment.

The details of checking into the room was clear and precise and easy to enter the room. I was pleased with the room when entering and the facilities within the room and the shared kitchen was excellent. When I stay in Cardiff the next time, I will certainly stay here again.

Great location - walking distance to city centre. Room was nice and clean. Could not fault accomadation. Only issue was lack of parking.

Very helpful and friendly team who responded to queries really quickly and proactively. Very clean and quiet accommodation but not in the best of areas.

We loved staying here. It is one of the most stylish places we've stayed at, yet very budget friendly. There is everything you usually find in an ensuite hotel room but with the added extras you might only find in a premium hotel such as big fluffy towels, dressing gowns and slippers. There is loads of storage space and an iron and board, but the best extra was the kitchenette with a microwave, tableware/cutlery and a quiet mini fridge freezer. We stayed in rm4 on the 1st floor which is a small double and the ensuite is 3-steps down. We stayed here for 5 nights and were very comfortable. There is a large kitchen on the ground floor of the house with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher and an outside seating area. No keys required as entry is via keypads. Residents parking only outside but for a refundable deposit a permit can be borrowed from the office. Alternatively, there is free 2-hour parking on various surrounding streets. Cardiff Castle is a 10-15 min walk, with the shopping district another 5 minutes. Cardiff bay is a 5-10 min drive or you can get a boat from the castle.

Centrally located in Cardiff, easy to find and really good value for money. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only downside is parking, but plenty of on street parking within a few minutes walk. Would book again if going back to Cardiff.

Lovely location close to the centre and stadium. Room was spacious and clean, great shower pressure. Check in was super easy with codes messaged for the doors - no keys to risk losing!

The street was not very promising but inside was a superb little suite with everything I needed and more than I expected. With its own combination oven and kettle I was well set up. There were some minor repairs needed like a new bulb in the bedside light the shower support rail was wobbly and the loo seat needed tightening down. (I tried to solve the latter but needed smaller hands and extra joints!) None of these however spoiled my appreciation, thanks Aaron!

The stay was great, and recieved exellent service from Josh - start to finish.
