Nous sommes arrivés, ils nous donnent une chambre utilisée et non nettoyée. Ensuite ils nous donnent une autre dont on ne peut ouvrir la porte. La suivante, les draps sont sales, de l’urine au sol et sur le siège dans la salle de bain, un restant de conserve dans le frigidaire, la climatisation très bruyante et un bip régulier dont nous ne connaissons pas l’origine toute la nuit. Le plancher et contour de toilette sale non lavé. Le personnel est courtois par contre Un hôtel à bannir en ce qui me concerne.

I was extremely tired when my spouse and I arrived, so I really appreciated the warm greeting at the front desk, clean and comfortable room. Would stay again.

Front desk manager Prince was exceptional. He went above and beyond to accommodate my mother. He had extremely superior customer service skills. 5 stars for sure!

Hotel looks nothing like the pictures, sheets had stains, towels were dirty. Please don’t let the pictures fool you like it fooled me. Would not recommend

Good Customer service. The room was terrible - not clean, the bathtub was disgusting and no toilet paper.

Wish the bathtub was a bit more cleaner. The refrigerator made a loud sound during the night. Otherwise very clean and quiet. Location is awesome near the expressway.

The property is not kept up to standard as the photo shows, also the sheet and towel seems to have been use already

I was traveling from Orlando and was making a stop to sleep. We i got to the Hotel they had no clean rooms available and i had to find another hotel. Today is September 3, and i haven't received my refund yet. This was not good for a tied man on the road trying to get some sleep.

False advertisement and the hallway smelled like mildew and had leaks and mirrors wasn’t fully clean

Took 40 minutes to get a room. Computers kept going down. People coming back to lobby after getting room saying there was somebody already In the room they were assigned, or coming back to lab by saying the room was never cleaned. I was traveling with a 1, and 4 year old and my wife. They gave us an “upgraded” room for waiting so long, what a pain in the bud. Girl at front counter was stressed and overworked. She was nice and did her best to help us out. Would I stay again? If I had absolutely no where else to stay, I would stay again.

Very old decrepit building's. It should be torn down. Bed was hard and so uncomfortable it hurt my back. Someone walked right in to my room when i was in it, the room was dirty old and gross. Nothing like the pictures. One of tbe dirtiest motels ive ever stayed in.pass

Was a bit taken back when we were taken to 2nd floor to a room that was unmade and trash all over the hallway due to contractors living there! Was a bit scared. If not for night Manager we would have left there but she put us in another room away from that situation .Then the next room was by itself and on first floor. This room worked for the rest we needed to continue on the road.

Roaches in room told front desk did nothing Will post pictures of property

When we got there the front door was locked and we had to go to the side door which was slightly irritating. On our way to our room there were wires running from a roof to a random “storage room” or so we are assuming. Upon entering our room it hadn’t been swept or vacuumed in quite some time, the bathtub drain was laying in the center of the tub, and there was trash and dead flies in the window sills, the beds were clean but overall it was a serious disappointment. The hallway also smelled absolutely repulsive. I didn’t take photos of anything but the wires but I would have rather stayed on the side of the road in my car.
