利雅得Warwick住宿

I had a very frustrating stay at this property. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly. When I asked for a room change at 1:00 AM after traveling all day, the night receptionist ignored me for almost 30 minutes. When I complained to the morning team, the night agent was defensive and rude. Days later, he even confronted me at 1:00 AM in the lobby to argue about why I complained, which was completely inappropriate. On top of the poor customer service, the room was not very clean despite the hotel being newly built. I would not stay here again.

我住的305，這個房間很大，但是衞生間比較小。酒店有提供身體乳和搓澡巾（有比沒有好）。我是提早入住的，他們説有空房間就幫**作，這點十分贊！退房下午三點！（他們老闆是中國人或者中國學過吧！）早餐種類豐富。出行很方便，離地鐵站3分鐘，旁邊醫院有ATM取錢，絲毫不慌。不遠處也有公交車站。
