I stayed in ramada plaza rize for 8 days and 7 nights. The hotel is quite big, i loved the lobby and the reception area. My wife and i went for a honeymoon, the room was in great condition and hotel generally looks very modern and new. However, my room was not prepared as a honeymoon setup, i work in hotels and normally in our hotel when we have honeymooners guest, we prepare the room with nice amenities and setup, unfortunately this was not done in my case. Furthermore, regarding the housekeeping, bathroom amenities were not replenished to a 5 stars hotel standards; no dental kit or shaving kit were in the room although we were 2 people in the room, i had to ask the reception to send me dental kit and shaving kit, they sent 1 only, the next day i left them in the bathroom so they can be visible to replace them with new ones, unfortunately the housekeeping staff left them as is. Regarding room service, the food was great and taste nice, however there was always a difference every day in portion and presentation although i order the same ordered ever day. Regarding the swimming pool and spa, it was amazing and the staff in spa are very friendly and helpful, but i was disappointed that we couldn’t use the steam room and sauna as couple. Lastly, i am giving this hotel 5 star rating because of the breakfast and especially the gentleman that stands every day to welcome guests to the breakfast (wearing glasses and always smiling and remember us) unfortunately i don't remember his name. I also give 5 star rating for Mr. Poyraz from room service i think, always helpful and always fixed my orders that had problems. Ramada Plaza Rize'de 8 gün 7 gece kaldım. Otel oldukça büyük, lobiyi ve resepsiyon alanını çok sevdim. Eşim ve ben balayına gittik, oda harika durumdaydı ve otel genel olarak çok modern ve yeni görünüyor. Ancak odam balayı setup'ı olarak hazırlanmamıştı, otellerde çalışıyorum ve normalde otelimizde balayı misafirimiz olduğunda odayı güzel olanaklarla ve setup ile hazırlıyoruz, benim durumumda maalesef bu yapılmadı. Ayrıca temizlik konusunda banyo malzemeleri 5 yıldızlı otel standartlarına göre yenilenmedi; Odada 2 kişi olmamıza rağmen diş seti ve tıraş seti yoktu, resepsiyondan bana diş seti ve tıraş seti göndermesini istedim, sadece 1 tane gönderdiler, ertesi gün onları banyoya bıraktım o yüzden onlar da geldi. Bunların yenileriyle değiştirilmesi görülebilir, ne yazık ki temizlik personeli bunları olduğu gibi bırakmıştır. Oda servisiyle ilgili olarak, yemek harikaydı ve tadı güzeldi, ancak her gün aynı siparişi vermeme rağmen her gün porsiyon ve sunumda her zaman bir fark vardı. Yüzme havuzu ve spaya gelince, muhteşemdi ve spadaki personel çok cana yakın ve yardımseverdi, ancak buhar odasını ve saunayı çift olarak kullanamadığımız için hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Son olarak, kahvaltısı ve özellikle de her gün misafirleri kahvaltıda karşılamak için ayakta duran beyefendi (gözlük takan ve her zaman gülümseyerek bizi hatırlayan) nedeniyle bu otel
