The hockey kids running and screaming in the hallways for 2 days made it a poor experience! The management and staff did nothing to prevent the inconvenience to any of the guests and we heard 10 other guests complaining during breakfast both days. Won’t stay here again

The stay was awful
No hot water on Friday night
I had a ice cold Shower on Saturday
No apologies or discounts were offered at the time of checkout .
Rooms were just satisfactory.
Breakfast up keep was poor . My son didn't want to partake at all and this caused more grief as I had to buy breakfast out for him . The staff felt numb to all of what was going on and didn't care about my stay . I would have left but as it was a long weekend there were few hotels with openings

One night…..no hot water, tv controller out of juice, a nail poking out of the floor just outside the bathroom which I stepped on (room 305).
Beds comfortable as usual but not a good stay overall.

Excellent staff, quick and friendly checkin and checkout, amazing young lady working the breakfast room who was very warm and inviting and also efficient. The room we had was very clean except for the carpet in the entry way.
