Ottima esperienza al Terrazze Navona …. Aspettative pienamente confermate! Il nome non mente…. Il terrazzino e la vista dalla camera sono impagabili. Un’aperitivo al tramonto e la magia è fatta. Due passi da piazza Navona, molti locali nelle stradine adiacenti…. Uno dei quartieri che più preferisco a Roma. Vincenzo, l’host, molto disponibile telefonicamente. Pratico e veloce l’ingresso in autonomia. Torneremo sicuramente

Effettivamente e un B&B,molto carino all'ultimo piano di un palazzo nel centro di Roma a due passi da Piazza Navona,a pochissime camere che si affacciano sui tetti di Roma,camere accoglienti,posto molto tranquillo,bagno e doccia ok.Soggiorno perfetto.Ottimo

Everything about Terrazze Navona is perfect! The location is very central and within easy walking distance of Piazza Navona, Castel Sant’Angelo, and many major attractions in Rome. The surrounding cobbled streets offer an array of bars, restaurants, quirky shops, and the atmosphere is vibrant and friendly. The accommodation at Terrazze Navona is very well presented with lovely antique furniture and it is spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is nice and hot. Bottled water was provided in the fridge and the coffee machine was restocked with pods daily. This was a very nice touch as we enjoyed a lovely coffee or two while admiring the stunning view from the balcony. Great pre-arrival communications, and very attentive service from the host Vincenzo. Thank you for the restaurant recommendation, we had a fabulous meal. We highly recommend Terrazze Navona and we definitely will look to book again on our next trip to Rome.

The location of our room had great access to all touristic sites and landmarks walking distance. Cleaning would go by daily but would only do the bed. Bathroom was not maintained. Several times our balcony door was left wide open and when complained to front desk, he said he would go in to turn off the lights and assess safety hazards...very uncomfortable 😑

Have been to Rome 5 times in the last 12 years and this was probably my least favourite accommodation. On the plus side it was a great location and had a lovely balcony with a good view across the rooftops with a welcome fridge and complimentary bottle of water. On the down side, the air con was very poor so we were sweltering most of the time in the 30°+ heat. The shower was very small and there was nowhere to put shampoo, conditioner, soap etc so very difficult to hold on to them to use. There were 3 sachets of body wash/shampoo on arrival which we used the first couple of days but they weren't replaced so we had to buy shampoo. On day 5 when i mentioned it to the cleaner who usually arrived about 11am, I was told that I could have asked for more but we were usually out by then and we shouldn't have to ask, they should just be replaced. The bed, although comfy, creaked very loudly every time you moved which is a little annoying in the middle of the night. The smell of the residents bins in the foyer was terrible until they were emptied after a few days. I hope these comments are not taken as complaining but as constructive criticism as overall it was an enjoyable stay.

STAY AWAY!!! After accidentally booking two rooms, I tried reaching out to them through messages and phone calls, but they did not respond at all. To make matters worse, their customer service was incredibly terrible and rudely refused to refund me, citing that it goes against their policy.

We had a fantastic stay. The place was great, super cute and amazing area! Service was great, always very quick responses to any questions. Also felt very safe

We loved it here …lovely room …beautiful views and access to an incredible area.The staff could not have been more helpful to us from the moment we arrived.We will be back in fact we have booked already ❤️

The MOST TERRIFYING experience, like a horror movie , when open the front door ( BIG SURPRISE )you going to found severals big GARBAGE CAN full of trash and empty bottles of beer and wine , the SMELL IS UNBEARABLE is so filthy , we couldn't stay in that place we called a taxi and went to a REALLY HOTEL a nice place to enjoying our vacation, we preferred to lose the money of 5 FIVE DAYS from may 23 to may 28 that we paid in advance ( BIG MISTAKE ) place stat away and enjoy your vacation !!!!!

Amazing property in a great location. Great size room with a comfortable bed and a little fridge, which is also handy. Nice little balcomy, wity lovely views. Could not fault the room at all, great value for money, and a great host who was available at all times. Thank you!

We had a great room with a small balcony on the 4th Floor The check in is easy and very well explained in an email we had received a few days before The mattress is very comfortable It is well situated, a bit away from the noise, but close to many restaurants The only weak point was they were not able to keep the luggage and the storage a few meters away was also closed

Very friendly hospitality, excellent location, beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. An incredible view from balcony (10+), clean. Great facilities - tea/coffee making machine, a fridge, glasses, cups and nice antique furnitures, fantastic host
