This hotel is not a townhouse. It is a five-bedroom Condominium in one floor of an apartment, and each room has a tiny bathroom and shower. I do not call this townhouse. The condominium is one individual unit within a larger complex. The townhouse is a single-family house with a shared wall with the neighbors and has its structure of the home and the property's surrounding land. This false claim misrepresents the fact of calling this tiny room a townhouse. The room also had an awful smell and was very small, which could not meet any criteria of a hotel. Basically, it is more look like Airbnb, not a hotel. My fiancé and I did not feel safe staying there with four other strangers without any front desk. There was the other girl who booked another room in that apartment, and she also was from the US, and she was so scared to stay there as well, and she asked for my phone number to call me if something happened to her. We did not stay in the hotel for even 15 min, and we immediately left and got another hotel. I immediately notified the owner that we were not going to stay and left the property. They do not have an elevator or any entrance, and it was very hard to move our luggage to the upper floor. As soon as we arrived, the owner rushed us to pay the fee, and in less than 2 minutes, he left the location, and I could not even talk to him. I notified him immediately, and he told me I would contact ******* and would get back to you; he never did that and never refunded our money. It was a horrible experience, and I never recommend that to anyone. The level of customer service was horrible as well.

We stayed here for 3 night in September. The host Alessandro was wonderful, he helped arrange a car for us from the airport. Helped with anything we asked about. The A/C in the room was wonderful for the heat!! the room was small and nothing liked it looked on line. It was small and plain. Our issue was the stairs!! 4 fights of stairs with luggage! no elevator, if I would have know this before I wouldn't have booked the room there. the place was clean and it served our purpose.

The hotel is hidden down a side street behind a green door. Up many marble steps and you enter a spacious, updated, A/C, private room with a spectacular view. We stayed in room #1. We arrived late and instructions were clear how to get in and up to our room. The process of check out was smooth. Very patient host for someone whom is digitally challenged. My husband who is very picky and usually complains said he would diffidently return. The hotel is situated close to an atm, metro access, amazing food, and a great corner market. We watched a sunrise and sunset at the Spanish Steps since they were only about .3 up a slight incline. From there Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. are within a leisurely stroll. I’m an 3x women who appreciated how close things were. It really is a hidden secret of a hotel.

Stayed here 2 nights on our way to Malta. Perfect spot, close to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, and walking distance to Piazza Navona and Pantheon among other things. Cozy small boutique hotel, clean, A/C, very helpful manager Alessandro. No elevator, but stairs not too bad at all, and I am a disabled person. Would definitely stay here again!

Il team della piccola maison spicca per Gentilezza, cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità, riuscendo ad accogliere le richieste dei suoi ospiti. Situata vicino piazza Barberini, e quindi in una posizione eccellente per chi vuole fare una "vacanza romana", mette a disposizione dei suoi ospiti camere pulite e confortevoli. Non finirò mai di ringraziare il signor Patrizio e il signor Alessandro per avermi aiutata a realizzare il sogno di due settantenni appassionati di Renato Zero riuscendo ad organizzare anche un trasfert per il suo concerto al Circo Massimo. Che dire, lo consiglio assolutamente Saluti dalla Siciliana
