Responsabile del personale molto gentile, ci ha fatto un upgrade della camera in quanto inferiore alla aspettative, grazie ancora!!!

Impeccabile. Starting from reception and the staff, to the concierge that helped myself and all the guests I was with. Breakfast room was unreal! Starting from 9 AM that was a lady playing the harp. Variety of the food so breakfast was great. The rooms are very well kept the service and the cleaning was perfect. The only note I could make is about the carpet in the bedrooms that have a lovely spa area and gym available for the guests.

A very good hotel in a great location with excellent and attentive staff - all as you’d expect from an expensive place. The televisions are in serious need of upgrade - ours basically didn’t work and no Netflix etc and the breakfast was fairly underwhelming given the overall hotel quality (just buffet - no a la carte). But a great stay overall!

Struttura storica ottimamente manutenuta lampadari d'arte personale gentilissimo capacita'di problem solving e formali al punto giusto. Colazione un po' monotona ma personale dedicato super. Camere accoglienti spaziose e complete di comfort. Deliziose passeggiate da e per le attazioni della citta'Eterna

I haven’t even checked out yet but want to write a review about this wonderful hotel. It’s a nice boutique feeling hotel with wonderful staff and very nice rooms. We were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade, and the suite is amazing. Staff is fabulous. Breakfast is wonderful and we like the bar/restaurant attached. We would definitely stay again. My only complaint is that the fitness center is small and treadmill wasn’t working. But given I was the only one in there, I’m guessing it’s not used a ton. Spa staff was extremely friendly too.

My husband found a great rate through a travel agent. When we arrived (first thing in the morning) we asked if we could check in early. The hotel said that wasn't a problem, if we were willing to upgrade the room, and quoted my husband a higher price that we decided we were willing to pay. However, after two nights, my husband went to check in on moving to our original, less expensive room and found out that the higher price he was quoted was not the nightly price, but the upcharge, making the room significantly more expensive than we expected. We checked out and moved across the street.

ITALIANA SVILUPPO TURISMO - PORTALE NAZIONALE TURISMO indica spesso i migliori Hotels per il proprio Cast Artisti Nazionale ed Internazionale, rilevando poi i feedback di persone pubblicamente esposte che non possono recensire ma delegano a Noi questo piacere di Menzionare questo Hotel vicino la scalinata che porta a Piazza Di Spagna e nel centro dello shopping, via Condotti, Via Frattina etc etc. Ringraziamo quindi questo Hotel impeccabile in tutto da chi sapete ha alloggiato per il quale o la quale è stata garantita la massima privacy...cosa molto importante per persone pubblicamente esposte. Un Ringraziamento particolare a tutto il personale

Tuto il personale dell'albergo si è sempre dimostrato estremamente gentile. Inoltre, paragonato agli altri hotel della stessa strada, il Baglioni, pur non potendosi definire "economico", è decisamente meno caro. Una prima colazione completissima. Ottimo anche il "Brunello", ristorante dell'albergo.
