從Termini火車站步行20分鐘，乘出租車10分鐘。它距離承運人和步行者還差一點，但是許願池（Trevi Fountain）就在酒店門前，所以在黎明時出去散步是件好事。房間狀況良好，乾淨通風。早餐不錯。一樓有Wi-Fi密碼，因此您應該輸入密碼。有點老式

早餐對中國人很不適合，全部冷餐，雞蛋香腸全部冷的。帶孩子沒有額外收費，也有早飯(實在難吃，填飽而已)，預定的房間有浴缸，實際入住2間衹有一間有，我們住的另一間明顯偏小而且沒有浴缸，懷疑讓我們入住的不是預定的房型，打電話到前台說沒有其他房間能換。房間空調效果也不行，打電話到前台說他們監測到房間有25度，但是我們在房間裏穿毛衣才行，明顯不如朋友那間暖和，態度真是非常一般。意大利的水煮出來跟麥乳精一樣混濁，從超市買了水自己帶的壺煮還是這樣，放了一會裡麪都是絮狀物，嚇死人。酒店位置不錯，去景點或者逛街都很近，就是不大好找，在很窄的巷子裏。

最大的特色是飲料管夠，我一個人住三晚飲料最後都沒喝完，當然果汁我喜歡的，兩瓶都喝了，薯片也是吃了，其他還有氣泡水，礦物質水和碳酸飲料，用餐環境也很好，有個服務生很帥的，大家可以去感受下。

位置優越。輝煌的工作人員。我不確定在這家酒店有什麼期望,因爲以前的評論不是所有的好。然而,我的4天住宿是優秀的。作爲獨行旅客,我想靠近景點,一切都在步行距離內,從大教堂到梵蒂岡。更不用說特雷維噴泉腳了。酒店是典型的意大利老風格。我的房間很乾淨,有一個可愛的小陽台。工作人員都很可愛,沒有什麼太麻煩。外面有很多餐館,商店和冰淇淋店..下次來羅馬還會住在這裏

三月份的時候,我們在這家酒店住過四個晚上,在這裏度過了愉快的時光。是的,有些客房是挺小的,但是這是在羅馬呀,所有的酒店都擠進了陳舊的大樓,我猜想可能在市中心那些比較現代的酒店裡可以找到大房間。不過,它很乾凈,舒適,而且有着遊覽羅馬的絕佳位置,另外,羅馬有許多可看可玩的地方,你衹是在客房裡睡個覺而已。 曾有許多人抱怨過接待處的服務員,我們覺得他們挺討人喜歡的,可能那些抱怨的人剛開始的態度就不好!!!另外,你住酒店可不是來跟接待處的服務員玩的,你頂多在登記入住的時候和他們相處10分鐘。不管如何,接待我們的服務員給我們找到了慶祝我男朋友生日的好餐館,在酒店巴士困在抗議人羣中時,他們很快就幫我們脫離麻煩,然後我們可以按時到機場去。早餐很美味,酒吧區也很不錯。 有天晚上,我們回到酒店的時候,發現客房裡放着一瓶冰鎮的香檳,小吃,還有來自酒店的生日卡,祝賀我男朋友生日快樂,以及感謝我們選擇這家酒店作為來羅馬下榻的地方。真是非常貼心的舉動啊,我們之前也在許多很不錯的酒店裡幫我男朋友慶過生,但是從未有過如此禮待。他們可能在幫他辦入住手續的時候注意到這個細節。當我們回到羅馬的時候,肯定還會選擇住在這裏。

I chose this hotel based on many positive reviews from many platforms. And I experienced all of the positive reviews. And for the first time I would recommend hotel to my friends and families/relatives. The two rooms were the best : the view, size and amenities. To my surprise, the minibar provided as complimentary. Breakfast : the best breakfast I ever had after more than 30 years traveling for both leisures/family and business trips in Indonesia, Asia and Europe. On top of the buffet menus, we were offered breakfast that personalised for our needs/tastes. Now, two weeks after we left the hotel, my wife and daughter keep telling me about to comeback again to Rome just because this hotel …. All the staffs were helpful and almost excellent. Keep the good work guys, as this hotel’s experiences were the oasis in many disappointments about Rome. One small note : It was a little bit difficult for me to find this hotel, and taking up two large luggage up to the hotel lobby was a little struggle

My wife and Is first trip to Rome and they do say a great trip has to have the foundation of a good hotel. Well the H10 Palazzo Galla is a great hotel ! I cannot say enough good things about it. From the beautiful, spotless rooms to the wonderfully helpful staff whom all speak english which is a bonus. We weren't even out of the transfer when we arrived when the concierge was already helping with our baggage. The reception and the front door staff were wonderful also. The roof bar is absolutely stunning. I would say that the bar is a bit pricey but that was the only thing that they should maybe look at. The location is ridiculously good. 5 mins walk from the Coluseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon etc. There is also plenty of good bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk (all very reasonable to). All on all, an amazing trip made all the better by our amazing hotel . 😊

We stayed in room 20 for 4 nights. It has space for 3 people, a queen bed plus a single. The room and hotel in general were extremely clean. The room has a small refrigerator, a safe, a place to hang clothes on hangers (but not a closed closet) and small bathroom. The shower would be tight for a large person but we had no problem, and the water did *not* escape from the shower to wet the whole bathroom the way some hotels showers do. There is an air conditioning unit which worked but had limited range in terms how how cool the room might get (not sure about heat). Breakfast is included. There was cereal, yogurts, eggs, sausages, coffee, tea, juices. I believe they offered other cooked options but we did not partake so i don’t really know. The day we left, we stored our luggage in their luggage room and they were kind enough to refrigerate some food for us that we were planning on taking home. The front desk is manned 24x7 and they ask that you drop your key at the desk when you leave the hotel for security purposes. The front desk was very helpful with providing maps with directions and calling cabs. The hotel is located in central Rime, about 10 minutes from the Roma Termini train station, 10 minutes from piazza Venezia and Trajan’s column as well as the victor emmanuel monument, about 20 minutes from the Jewish ghetto, and 15 minutes from the trevi fountain. There is a lift in the hotel that handles max 2 people. There are many bars and restaurants in the streets surrounding the hotel, and we felt very safe walking around after 10 pm. The street the hotel is located in is a small one-way street, and could be a little loud if the windows are open, due to the bars and restaurants nearby. We would certainly stay here again.

La colazione è a dir poco fantastica. Mai mangiato così bene a colazione, è ricca, buona, tutti prodotti freschi, anche il pane è fresco. In più ci sono anche cose fatte espresse dallo Chef Delio che sono una cosa sublime. Il personale è gentilissimo, le camere sono pulite e molto accoglienti. Il letto è comodissimo. Consiglio questo hotel, la mia recensione è da più di cinque stelle. Veramente un hotel top! Se tornerò a Roma, tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel.
