Wonderful hotel we were staying

餐廳的食物不好吃而且服務很慢。大廳的咖啡機壞了所以我一大早就喝不到咖啡。他們答應下午 6:40 機場接駁車來接我，但到了 6:55 還沒到達，所以我不得不叫出租車，否則我錯過了航班。不會推薦。

Chambre spacieuse avec tout le confort. Malheureusement il y a eu une coupure d électricité le soir donc monter a pied les 14 etages, plus d eau pour se laver en rentrant. Ce qui m a chagriné c est lorsque j ai rendu ma clef, le client avant moi a eu son parking gratuit pour le desagrement et moi rien. 2 poids 2 mesures je trouve.

Acceuil, et ets ok, Chambre: la climatisation au 14eme etage pas air frais suffisant au moins 27° ... Par xontre service restauration catastrohique Installé à 19h30, prise commande 20h00 Pour 1 carpaccio direct et 1 pression. Arrivé biere pression 20h30, carpaccio 21h00 et demandé à deux reprises sans resultat, 3 autres tables autour pas mieux... Tarifs: petit carpaccio en entrée pour ceux qui font entrée + plat le carpaccio est a 9,00 € plus frites pour une entrée du jamais vue. Moi et table d'à côté grand carpaccio direct vue l'attent ,excactement le meme que le petit Mais tarif à 15€ ,bref un vraie spectacle dans tous les sens du terme. Informé l cceuil... Reponse service en salle les carpaccio sont tous les mêmes. Donc faites la commande du petit pour 1 plat direct vous aurez le grand pour 9€. Désolé de le dire ,mais pour un hotel de ce niveau ... à plus de 250 € la chambre sans clim, et febetres condamnées pour sécurité et je le conçois, les clostro s abstenir. Bref ,allez tout confondu 4 sur 10 grâce au personnel de l acceuil.

This was the worst experience I had. In the checkout the receptionist told me that the payment was only for one night and not 2 nights. I showed that I paied in ******* , she say that in the computer and system, it says that I paied only one night. After 20min she understands that I fully paied. Other point: the check out I make it very early at 5:00 i asked one night before for 2 breakfast boxes because I paied already for breakfast. In the morning I find a buffet for breakfast open, I asked receptionist if we can take breakfast there , she said No this is only for other customers from airline company. I told her ok give me the breakfast boxes I asked yesterday, she gave me only one box , and she told me she can give only one bix per room. In the box there is nothing only small croissant, small juice and small yougurt that s all. No water, i asked her give me at least water and coffee, she said she can not. After I insisted and said I will complain, she gave me only one small bottel of water and let me to go to the bufet just to take coffee. And she was shouting when I went close to bread in order to take sugar and she thought I will eat something from there. This is not acceptable at all. And how as a customer of ******* and gold member I am treated like that with all family even my small baby and parents. I wait for a reaction from yourside *******. Thank you

Electricity went out for several hours. We were dying of heat. It caused a lot of uncomfort and anxiety. They hotel did nothing to compensate us for this.
