琥珀直達滑雪場酒店及水療中心(Amber Ski-in/Out Hotel & Spa)

Wir sind schon ein paar Jahre glücklich Gäste im Hotel Amber🤩, ob wir mit dem Hund , oder ich mit dem Gottegirl, es ist es immer toll da. Das Hotel bietet gute Preisleistung, mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge. Unser Hotelfachmann“ Claudio“ und seine Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls sind immer aufgetischten Gipfeli oder Süssgebäck in der „gratis“ Kaffebar zu haben, die sich im schönen Altholz umgebauten Untergeschoss befindet.“Das ist einmalig hier 👍. Schon das zweite Mal erhielten wir ein Upgrate in einem der schönen grossen „teluxe Suite“ im Erdgeschoss, mit Whirlpool, supergrosses Boxspringbett..etc. Und das alles direkt im Tal an der Skipiste💪🤩🍀⛷️. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Leider das Frühstück ist sehr Arm, 3 Sorten Brot alle hell, Honig aus der Pladtik Tüben, kalte Haferbrei... zum Glück hat es guter Bäcker in Dorf wo wir unsere Dunkels Brot gekauft haben. In Zimmer ist eine Sprudelbad aber das Badegel müssten wir kaufen, sowie Haarduschcap und Body Lotion, vorhanden ist nur dusch gel. Für dem Preis haben wir schon etwas besser erwartet. Personal ist sehr diskret.

Arrival. Parking is some distance but we were picked up quickly by electric buggy - short journey to hotel. Admin. Checkin very efficient. Book sass card pre arrival (gives you discounts). Location. Great - on the piste near main lifts. Good ski storage (including boot warmers - really good!). Food. Breakfast is good, nice fresh bread, could do with more fresh veg. No lunch/dinner. Drinks. Lovely touch - free coffee all day and a self serve honour bar, very convenient. Wellness. Decent sized, clean, can be nude or with swimsuits (unlike elsewhere where swimsuits are verboten) Room. Clean, decent size. Nice small balcony. Facilities. Shower/toilet spotless, hot water a bit variable.

Das Frühstück ist bezüglich Qualität und Auswahl hervorragend - tolle Brotsorten, Müsli und Obst - hervorragender Café auch ausserhalb der Frühstückszeiten, die allgemeine Atmosphäre und der Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Wirlpool sind sehr angenehm - gerade auch nach langen Skitagen. Die Nähe zu den Pisten ist prima.

Super Sevice, zauberhaftes Zimmer, super Lage. Wärmstens zu empfehlen!!!!

Un des Hôtels les plus proches des glaciers. Vue imprenable. Chambre: suite n° 2 au rez. Immense, (60m2), décorée avec goût, douche et baignoire-spa (avec vue sur les glaciers). Très bonne literie, vraiment beaucoup de place pour ranger ses affaires, on ne se sent jamais à l'étroit, même a la (très belle) salle de bain. Très gd. écran TV, terrasse énorme avec meubles, parasol et arbres, accès direct au spa de l'hôtel (Sauna, hammam et jacuzzi; (peignoirs, sandales et linges gratuits). 2 frigos à disposition des clients au sous-sol. Bon petit déjeuner (il y a tout sauf salade de fruits), mais d'embarquez pas un pomme pour vos dix-heures; c'est mal vu.- Propreté des chambres impeccable; linges même changés trop souvent. Insonorisation très efficace (pour ceux que le bruit d'un torrent dérange). - Meilleur resto à proximité: Zur Mühle (moulin). La carafe d'eau est gratuite (ailleurs, c'est 6 chf), très bonne carte, prix corrects, service aimable et efficace. - Pour sfr 7 chf par jour, toutes les remontées gratuites (sauf une), bus (hélas pas très fréquents) aussi. Rabais pour le parking seulement à partir de 48h. Donc si vous voulez aller en voiture à Saas-Grund ou Almagell tous les 2 jours, pas de rabais. Très petits inconvénient par rapport à un séjour magnifique. 2 gouttes de pluie en 11 jours)!

King-Apartement - sehr schön, aber Dusche vom Glass? Von jeder Ecke des Zimmers wurde dorhin zu sehen. Und die besten Zimmer - KingsApartements haben die schlimmsten Aussichten?? Damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Sonst ok (natürlich teuer, aber damit muss man rechnen). Jan

Très belle surprise d’un surclassement vraiment classe : la suite. C’était très sympa et la chambre d’un charme exceptionnel

Due to avalanche risk, the streets up to Saas-Fee closed on Sathurday 12:00. We were supposed to arrive on Monday and our flight was leaving at 6:30 in the morning to Switzerland. The hotel told us, that if we cannot reach Saas-Fee until 19:00 on Monday evening, we could cancel free of charge. On Monday morning, local authorities informed, that there would be another update at 12:00 the same day. Which of course would be to late to travel to Switzerland. Not knowing in the morning if the streets would reopen, it was in fact impossible for us to fly to Switzerland and not have any accomodation or place to go if the streets stay closed. Plus all the costs of flight and rental car for nothing. So we had to cancel our trip and got a refund on the flight and rental car. Shortly after 12:00, the authorities informed that the street would reopen at 20:00, which would actually still be too late to reach Saas-Fee for the agreed 19:00 oclock. Of course the hotel informed us in the late afternoon that the reception would stay opened longer and shortly after 18:00 they informed us that the streets are already open (even tough there was no infos from the authorities about that). But we just couldn't risk to fly to Switzerland when the streets were still closed and no infos yet that they would reopen. No understanding what so ever from the hotel. Even the question for a voucher instead of a reimboursement was denied by the hotel. Absolutely to avoid!
