大公爵酒店(Hostellerie du Grand Duc)

Les propriétaires de l'hôtellerie du Grand Duc, ainsi que le personnel, nous ont reçu très chaleureusement, dans un cadre très familial et apaisant. Cela nous a fait beaucoup de bien de nous faire coucouner pendant deux jours, loin du bruit, de l'agitation et des mauvaises nouvelles. L'hôtellerie s'avère très confortable, et la cuisine est raffinée. Un grand merci pour les petits "plus", préparés pour notre rando. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement à toutes personnes recherchant un séjour de qualité. 5 étoiles pour confirmer mon avis !

De passage en promenade moto à GINCLA, nous avons déjeuné dans cet endroit après l'avoir choisi sur internet. Nous avons mangé en terrasse a l'abri d'une magnifique bâtisse, à l'hombre de grands arbres. Le cadre d'exception, n'est pas le seul atout, puisque l'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse des personnes qui s'occupent de nous pendant ce repas, nous font nous sentir bien. Côté repas, tout est bon, copieux et les saveurs sont là... Tout les mets ont du goût, et le sens du détail. A noter le bon accord met vin qui nous a été conseillé, nous n'aurions pas mieux choisi... Merci pour ce moment et à bientôt, car nous reviendrons.

Belle maison de maître dans un joli cadre avec un personnel accueillant, agréable et de bons conseils. Chambres spacieuses, propres et confortables. Bon restaurant servi dans le jardin arboré mais tarifs parfois un peu élevé selon les entrées ou plats. Nous en gardons un bon souvenir.

Un acceuil sympathique... Un environnement agréable... Une restauration de bon niveau avec une présentation soignée. Nous y sommes passé pour la fête des mères et pour cette occasion le restaurant avait concocté un repas spécial fête des mères avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Une prestation globale sympathique.

A hidden gem on the route of the Cathar castles, specifically close to the Puylaurens castle. Tucked in the mountains, amazing building, with a big garden. Had lunch under a huge lime tree. Great food, great service. Really worth the trip.

Very tasty meal well presented . Delicious amuse bouche. Excellent local produce. Perfectly cooked fish. Very good service and a restaurant you should not miss if you are in the area. It's in a great hotel and a beautiful area.

Lovely family run business , Jeremy and sandine really make you feel like you are welcome . We had a dog and he was able to eat where we ate . Very clean room comfortable . Dinner was amazing taken in the garden - we drank a lovely local wine which Jeremy suggested . Breakfast was also. Wry good . Would easily recommend this lovely hotel snuggled in the Pyrenees

The location is in a small village in the mountains and driving in and out is not easy. The property itself is a bit dated but is very charming. The staff and service were excellent. Note that the price does not include breakfast. We stayed on the third floor and internet was unavailable le in the room - we had to go down to the lobby for internet connection. Breakfast and the restaurant were great.

We spent 3 nights in the hostellerie and were impressed by the warm welcome of all the family who are going above and beyond to make your stay ideal. The food was amazing and we ended up having all our meals at the hotel between wonderful hikes. We highly recommend the place if you want to explore the area and have a peaceful and welcome place to rest by.
