The hotel was nicely appointed. Did not realize the pub was open til 2 am. The music was loud until after 11. We were there on the weekend. People were very noisy and on Saturday night a party in one of the rooms went on til 3 am. The staff was notified and they were responsive. Saturday night was quieter. I had to buy ear plugs for the first time and use them to get some sleep. Cannot recommend for a quiet stay.

Everything was great. Room was very clean and spacious. Had a fun time in the pub. All of the staff were very helpful. Easy parking. There is no restaurant on site but not really an issue as there are options near by, make reservations for the good places. Breakfast is included but is a very light continental. Very good experience and would stay again.

The front desk attendant called me at 7:00 pm to inquire when I would arrive - somewhat put out because she was ready to get off. It was not a late arrival but after 2 days of driving - I was doing the best I could. Had it been 9 or 10 I could understand it but 7 pm was quite early. She was not friendly when I arrive. Then the music started and lasted late. The room was nice except for the hole in the ceiling over the tub that needed patching. The room was so loud due to the late night pub activity. It was even worse on the weekend nights. It was hard to hear the tv in the room. Parking was awful and I got the last place on Saturday evening at 5:30. Extremely limited to be so early. The second day I returned to my room to find housekeeping had not closed the door all the way. That was unsettling. Great convenient location but certainly a trade off. I would not recommend this property for anyone doing business travel or trying to get rest. It was distracting and loud.

The website doesn’t do the property justice! The suites are so nice and comfortable. The pub is small but we celebrated New Years with a lot of locals and had a wonderful time. It’s convenient to a variety of restaurants and an easy walk to the pier.

Tried to cancel the room prior to the stay, could not get anyone to answer the phone, called three multiple times, along with customer service at Hotel.con

Staff was friendly and the suite was beyond our expectations. Jessica was a great bar tender!

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! Such a quaint and charming Inn nestled among the large overhanging Live Oaks with Spanish Moss draping from the branches. The staff was most accommodating and very friendly sharing all the info any guest could want. The rooms were of the most elegant and embracing comfort we've ever seen. All the necessities and plenty more. Robes of ultra softness just waiting to give you a hug. The large king size bed enveloped your body and provided the deep sleep every night. Even the blanket was top tier and allowed you to drift into a nap within minutes. Espresso machines along with snacks and drinks (at a price) were at your fingertips. A large screen TV to provide entertainment. The Inn also serves drinks from their pub located in the main building. We were able to have a nice quiet evening enjoying the fire as we sat in comfort chairs warming. Don't forget the breakfast as well. Pastries, breads, quiche egg muffins, juices, coffee, and tea. The courtyard has a nice pool that was out of season for us but they provided heaters beside the tables if you wanted to sit outside. As you can see, I can't say enough about this place. My wife and I were just looking for a quiet place to stay overnight and this surpassed all of our expectations. We will always recommend this Inn and stay here if we're ever back in the area. Thank you Evelyn for your wonderful hospitality. The staff at the bar and desk were nothing short of the best.

I had a pleasant stay at the Village Inn and Pub. The place was impeccably clean, wonderfully quiet, and conveniently located— with the eatery, shops, and pier all within walking distance. The beach is just a short 5-10 minute drive away.

Such a beautiful boutique Inn! A fun pub on the property. Great HH.
