這是我們第一次入住這家新裝修的“姐妹”酒店,街對面的康達多廣場酒店。我可以很容易地說這是我住過的最好的希爾頓花園酒店。位置就在您從遊船碼頭向東穿過聖胡安的康達多部分時,或者從機場(24美元的出租車)前往終點時。它比康達多的心臟安靜一點。整個酒店閃閃發光 - 一個美麗的通風大堂,打開到游泳池區,早餐餐廳和酒吧區。我們幸運地升級到高角落的房間,享有海洋的全景(附圖),陽台周圍環繞。房間佈置得很好,絕對從以前的物業升級。這將是我們的新最喜歡的,在前往冒險的路上經過聖胡安。唯一的缺點是酒店一側的街道噪音,但在我看來,它被景色所平衡另一邊的景色也是瀉湖的景色非常好。

聖胡安選擇的第二家酒店，隔一條馬路是Hyatt Place商務型酒店。離聖胡安老城比較近，十分鐘不到的車程。酒店周邊吃飯的地方不多，但是車程六，七分鐘的地方有個很大的WalMart，房間有個小廚房，餐具和鍋，調味品都有些簡單的配置，可以自己簡單做點。
酒店比較新，環境不大比較精緻，泳池在酒店後面比較小，其他娛樂健身房，遊戲房也都有。parking相對較大，16刀左右一晚上。
早餐不錯雖然品種不多，但是比較乾淨。整體感覺費用比較貴，結賬時加上各種稅摺合3500左右一晚上，性價比不高。

酒店房間住的非常舒服，自帶游泳池白天下午人很多，池子邊一股尿騷味。 位置也不錯，去老城區打車就10來刀左右，不會花太多在交通上。早餐也很好！

This was the perfect hotel for my first visit to San Juan, and I can't wait to return. Me & my mom came to celebrate my moms Birthday. And mentioning it doing check in, we were given a couple of Birthday drinks to redeem before we left the hotel to celebrate the occasion. Thanks Sylviani & Sabilya. Awesome & Professional at all times! The staff treated us well. I liked the fact that the hotel provided shuttle service to and from Old San Juan & to one of the close by beaches. Our view from the 5th floor was great also. We could see the pool & the water fountain across the street. They were both beautiful with the different colored lights at night The location was great, and a lot of things to do within walking distance. T-Mobile district was a 2 minute walk. ******, 5 minute walk. Make sure you get pictures in front of the I love PR sign that's close by. Thanks again and hope to see you soon!

總的來說不錯，但是有點累。沒什麼特別的。位置很好，步行即可到達堡壘（20分鐘），並且靠近一些不錯的餐廳。 我們原本希望步行到巡航船（幾年前就是這種情況），但是航站樓現在已經過水了，離Uber僅有很短的路程。

我們住的第一間房間太小,空調聲音很大。我們幾乎睡不着,牀鋪全尺寸,不是大號。我問三個人可以換房間。我一直在跑,最後我找到了一個可以幫忙的人。我花了一大筆錢升級了房間。我們住的七天裏只有一次客房服務。我要求服務,前台告訴我他們優先考慮那些三天以上住在那裏的人,我訂了七天的🤬,每天要要毛巾,如果不打掃房間,至少要放乾淨毛巾在房間裏。這個關於不打掃房間的COVID bull是BS。不買自助早餐。只是點菜下菜單,省點錢。我們不會再住那裏了。

酒店位置還好，就在國際機場附近，比較方便。但酒店服務很一般，特別感到不滿的是:1.我們訂的是景觀高級房三間六晚，結果有履約的才兩間，一間違約給的是狹小低層普通房。經多次交涉到第四天才勉強履約。2.酒店很不誠信，將78元美金他人餐費加在我們帳單中，被我們發現后，總台服務員態度極其惡劣，經找餐廳經理交涉后他承認工作有失誤，退還了我們78元美金，但連一句道歉也沒有，這有失洲際水準，令人失望！

訪訪客這是一家非常乾淨的酒店,步行距離內有很多吃飯的地方,街上還有電影院,雜貨店和藥店。它有一個不錯的餐廳和屋頂游泳池,非常放鬆。房間很乾淨,有製冰機,大水槽和冰箱。我唯一能改善的是房間裏的燈光如果你需要做一些工作的話,它有點昏暗他們只有燈和天花板上的一個小口音燈至少在我所在的房間裏。我房間的浴室水槽很小-像大多數水槽一樣無法在上面放牙刷,剃鬚刀等。這些都是小不便-總的來說這是一個非常好的住宿地點,工作人員非常友好和樂於助人,位置很棒。

兔兔兔猴攜程也是夠坑的。本來已經在繽客上定了房，看到攜程上便宜不少，就退了繽客預訂改攜程了。但是，通過攜程定的到店給的所謂海景房是一套房間中的一間房，另一間房的電視牆就是我們房間的牀頭。隔壁房間的電視和其他聲音都能清晰聽到，嚴重影響睡眠。第二天衹能換房間，換到的就不是海景陽台房了。換房間前後折騰了很長時間，還壞了心情。同時，退房時還收了142刀的“”酒店稅”。這個稅訂單中沒有，能退回嗎？

訪訪客我們全家度假期間在福塔萊薩酒店住了兩晚。有三個臥室,有足夠的空間讓我們六個人都有一些隱私。廚房很大,我們在那裏準備了2個美味的家庭晚餐。有陽台可以俯老聖胡安街。步行即可到達許多景點、商店、餐館,因此聖胡安老城區的位置對那些想住在靠近住宿的地方的人來說是完美的。我們一大早就到了,在鎮上散步時可以存放一天的行李。缺點是停車場不在現場,但步行即可到達車庫。

訪訪客很高興看到這家標誌性酒店在瑪麗亞和大流行的雙重打擊之後恢復了輝煌。酒店和設施都很棒,但他們過度使用了持續的薩爾薩音樂。週末晚上酒吧裏有個小樂隊演奏拉丁和薩爾薩音樂,聲音很大,以至於無法承受。看到人們跳舞和享受自己是很好的,但是音樂的音量卻破壞了其他人的氣氛。爲了讓事情變得更糟,早上你去大堂的星巴克喝杯咖啡,但是美麗的熱帶地區沒有一個地方,大廳裏沒有開放的咖啡,因爲到處都有喇叭,聲音不斷,聲音相當響亮的薩爾薩音樂。如果他們白天,特別是在早晨,在白天,特別是在上午,播放波多黎各、拉丁美洲和國際音樂的柔和的工具混合物,那就更好了。我是一個土生土長的,喜歡跳舞薩爾薩,梅倫格,巴查塔等等,但是給我們休息一下,還有其他類型的享受。而且,我相信來自大陸的客人不會整天整夜欣賞或欣賞拉丁和薩爾薩的音樂。

DDermasLa Terraza is a nice boutique hotel in old San Juan and located great. We had a balcony suite, and it was surprisingly clean and spacious. We had to ask for towels each day, but those at the desk were very kind about getting us what we needed. The pool looked like a large infinity in the picture, but really it was a tiny wading pool...the rooftop terrace was lovely and inviting for a midnight rendezvous. We wish the bar was open or the drink machine worked, and it would've been nice.
The breakfast was delightful and homemade...and there was always coffee or tea available.
I would definitely stay here again for its quaintness and location. We had a fine stay.

訪訪客Here’s a brief summary of our family’s stay at Comfort Inn, San Juan for five days in August 2022. The GOOD – Location: It’s a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and the hotel offers complimentary beach towels, sun umbrellas, and lounge chairs for your use. There’s also a Cartier store at the end of the block, so you’re in a decent part of town, and there are quite a few restaurants within walking distance; Rooms: Our room was clean and bright. It looks like it had been renovated in the not-too-distant past. Good water pressure, nice TV, clean linen, small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; Breakfast: There are some nice options included in the breakfast. Hot items (cheese omelets, bacon, sausage, country potatoes), cereal, make-it-yourself waffles, pastries, fresh fruit (bananas, apples, clementine oranges), yogurt, and a variety of juices; Hotel pool: It’s small but very nice. In addition to the pool, there’s also a hot tub for the adults and a kids’ wading pool. Lots of lounge chairs and towels. Fitness center: It has nice equipment and is in good condition, located by the pool; Housekeeping staff: We interacted with several members of the housekeeping staff and they were all extremely helpful and friendly. High marks in that department! The BAD – Parking: Technically, there is a parking lot at the hotel but it only holds about eight cars, at best. Beyond that, you’ll need to park in a garage down the street for about $20/night. The hotel was in the process of repaving the parking lot while we were there but I don’t think it will result in adding any additional spaces; Flooding: The street on two sides of the hotel flooded to a depth of about 8 inches twice during the five days we were there. Not sure what causes it, but it’s apparently an ongoing issue. If you want to get past the flooding, you have to get creative on how to access the front door. Not impossible, but also not ideal. The DEHUMIDIFIER – The first night we were there, we woke up in the morning to find that the floor in our room was WET. Not damp, but WET. As in, a “Maybe we should go look for a mop” kind of wet. It was at that point that we noticed a dehumidifier under the desk in the room. The digital readout read, “Current humidity: 85%”. I don’t doubt it. Once I turned the dehumidifier on, we left it on for the remainder of our stay. It did help IMMENSELY but we had to empty the bucket in the dehumidifier down the shower drain about twice a day, so it was an ongoing process. We also noticed a dehumidifier in the hallway so humidity is apparently an issue there as well. SUMMARY – Overall, we were happy with our stay. The amenities are nice and the price isn’t bad, considering the prices of other hotels in the same vicinity. Parking isn’t ideal and neither is the flooding. And as long as you don’t mind keeping up with the dehumidifier, the room is pleasant to stay in. There aren’t a lot of bells and whistles, but there’s not a lot that seems lacking either.

SSeñor GringoGreat, convenient location if U want to explore Santurce/Miramar by just walking. 4 blocks away is Ciudadela which has a 24 hr Pueblo, Planet Fitness, & Mercado La Carreta cafe. Directly across for Ciudadela is a food truck food court called Lote 23 (very tasty, interesting mix). Also don't miss Abracadaba brunch & local coffee spot 787 Coffee. Also couple of good Mex restaurants on Ave José de Diego. U can use this same road to walk to Condado beach 🏖️ area, approx 15 minutes. There are also electric 🛴 on the sidewalks for rent.
Right next to hotel just down hill is La Casona (beautiful garden restaurant & fine dining). Just across street from this,on Avenida Juncos, is Burrillos Santurce; a really tasty & very good prices casual Mex 🌯 spot (order at counter & sit). 3 min walk....
Even though location is excellent, the hotel itself is definitely budget. No significant amenities, small rooms & even smaller bathrooms. Water pressure on low side. Rooms have flat panels & cable (didn't use though). AC as much nicer, quiet split type units, worked very well. Small rooms also much easier & quicker to cool. Kinda old, outdated & funky (but also a lot of character), but if U just need a functional place to crash, the room prices are very very good! $65-80/night vs $400 ?!? Also has 1 self serve laundry wash n dry machines. In lobby is a small cafe-type seating area. Free wifi, but kinda slow. Depending on room location, there can be noise issues. Rooms directly above the Asia di Lima restaurant's exhaust fan (on Calle San Jorge side) should keep windows closed btwn 4-11pm to minimize cooking exhaust odors.
Anyway... would definitely stay here again; especially if the room rates ate below $80/day. And don't really need a lot of fluff; not on vacation to hang out in tiny room or hotel property. If U want the resort experience... Caribé Hilton, Vanderbilt, La Concha, or Sonesta or El San Juan in Isla Verde... but you're paying $300-800/night !!
If U stay here, don't be shy! Get out & walk around as much as possible... you'll be surprised by all the off-the-beaten path cool stuff you'll find. A much more authentic 🇵🇷 experience!
