I based my selection for this facility based on the reviews of the staff here, Unfortunately, I did not have the same raving reviews as others have left. It is an average facility with dated and renovated sections. The lobby was fine, however the hallways to the rooms are quite dated, paint peeling and loud carpeting. As a Bonvoy member who uses this chain, this is cosmetically the worst Marriott facility I have ever booked. I can overlook cosmetics for a short stay if the service is acceptable, however if fell short. I had booked a corner room with a balcony and Concierge Lounge access. The attendant ”upgraded” us to a renovated room. The Concierge Lounge access was never explained to us. I am unsure if this was a true upgrade, the room was small without a balcony, it was dark and had a big tree obstructing the window and prevented light entry. The room looked partially refreshed, the window area was old and could not be opened. The biggest issue was the toilet. It was not working. I notified the front desk. By the time the maintenance man arrived, my husband had fixed the toilet. During the middle of the night, again the toilet stopped working. I notified the front desk and let them know that we will vacate the room at 11:00 am so they can work on it. This was not done when we returned. A second call was placed and the toilet was serviced and functioning, however it still was not repaired correctly. Hissing from the toilet occurred incessantly. A change of room was not offered and it was not practical since we were checking out in the morning. Upon check out, I requested a rate adjustment for the inconvenience of a partially working toilet. I was informed that this was not possible by the supervisor. I did not want a free room; I am more than happy to pay but it is unreasonable to pay full price for this accommodation. I was not asking for a ”view” room, a toilet is a basic necessity! The best he offered was a small number of Bonvoy points to my account. I will reconsider continuing my Bonvoy membership if service rescue and guests are no longer valued by this chain. BTW skip the Concierge lounge, the breakfast buffet selection is large, however not palatable.

Perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista. Un mini appartamento fornito di tutti i confort: cucina con lavastoviglie, bagno con doccia spaziosa, guardaroba con asse e ferro da stiro. Estremamente silenzioso e immerso nel verde, fornito di piscina e palestra (che tuttavia non abbiamo avuto occasione di utilizzare). Colazione varia e abbondante, sia dolce che salata. Pulizia accurata. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Collocato a due passi da centri commerciali, ristoranti e mercati.

環境沒的說，馬路對麪竟然還有家costco(會員卡和國內通用）。早飯一塌糊塗，除了蛋糕和甜到過分的餅乾也就咖啡喝熱水是亮點了。這家旅店（絕對不是酒店）是帶廚房的，屬於自助型的，給當地人當酒店公寓用的。房間一周打掃一次，其他的東西都得去前台要（平底鍋，咖啡機，毛巾等等）。沒有拖鞋，初始狀態除了一大一小兩塊肥皂，就一小瓶一次用得完的洗髮水，幾個塑料一次性杯子。
