What a stay - what a hotel!! We have just returned from an excellent road trip along the coast of France and Italy and The Royal Hotel Sanremo was the highlight of our accommodation. A true 5 star hotel by any standards. Safe and secure parking for our cars, excellent service, fresh and cold beer and snacks, a perfect dinner recommendation, a 5 star spa, a first rate breakfast and all combined with a luxury room and sea view. Special thanks to Adrian on reception who booked us dinner at Flipper seafood restaurant in town and took care of our needs during the stay. Worthy of a mention of its own is the Spa facilities which felt brand new and incredibly clean. Highly recommend this hotel!!

前台接待不錯,我們發現入住有點晚。房間很好,舒適,與海的vue可以和睦相處。可惜百葉窗無法固定開,所以風把它們吹得四處亂轉。健康中心很完美,有很好的按摩。很不幸的事情,我認爲最大的問題是晚上的飯菜不好,而且在兩個場合都冷!我問要一杯基安提酒,負責人說“不”我無法相信這沒有解釋?早餐也很好。我們法國人喜歡杯子裏透着水的咖啡,但是我們可以得到的只是意大利的快餐廳(這很好,別誤會我的意思),但是數量太少了,至於傳統的“開胃菜”進城,他們只供應一碗炸薯條。

Magnifique hôtel à proximité de la mer et du centre ville. Belle chambre, toujours très propre. Petit-déjeuner complet avec des produits sans gluten. Le personnel est au top, également au restaurant. Piscine propre avec les serviettes à disposition. Parking disponible sur réservation, mais avec une grande voiture, prévoir quelques manœuvres. Un bémol pour le WiFi, ne fonctionne pas très bien. Bonne note également pour le restaurant. Menu parfait et service impeccable. En résumé, je recommande cet hôtel malgré un prix un peu élevé. Mais nous sommes à San Remo.

Struttura appatentemente ben tenuta, pessima sorpresa all'ingresso in camera: pavimenti rovinati, intonaci saltati e fughe sporche... È un peccato per una struttura piccola ma dalle grandi potenzialità essere così malconcia.... Alla mia segnalazione all'arrivo mi è stato detto che era l'unica soluzione disponibile, che ne erano a conoscenza e dovranno fare i lavori... Ma nel frattempo la camera viene venduta così... Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e camera non il linea con gli standard che dovrebbe garantire una simile struttura. Nota positiva, il personale della colazione gentilissimo e dispiaciuto per l'accaduto.

I've stayed here twice now for an annual conference. The first year, I was given a first-floor room with the view of an alley: dark and cramped. The second year, I was allocated a third-floor room with sea view and a balcony: light and inviting. By then I also knew to pack my own shower gel, shampoo etc. Both years, breakfast has been terrible - luckily there's a great coffee bar just across the road.
