Beautifully designed contemporary hotel in a great location only a stones throw from the beach and old town. Perfect for a few days exploring San Sebastián. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about this hotel is excellent, but I want to focus on the exceptionally great service—the best I have ever experienced. They arranged transportation from the train station, booked a tour for us, helped us with directions, etc. I really have never experienced such top-notch hospitality. It was true pampering and luxury. Great rooms, restaurant, decor, location. Perfection!

The hotel was very good. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is nicely located near restaurants and shopping and is a 5-10 min walk to old town and the beach. The available breakfast is either a tasting menu or a la carte. There is no breakfast buffet available. The restaurant in the hotel is very good but more expensive relative to comparable restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Thank you!

Vi kan varmt anbefale Hotel Arbaso. Fantastiske værelser, god service, central, men rolig beliggenhed - kun 300 meter fra stranden. Hotellets restaurant er Michelin anbefalet og derfor travl, så reservation kan anbefales. Lækkert mad til fornuftige priser. Vi købte en opgradering de sidste 2 dage til et Premium værelse. Kan varmt anbefales. Det bedste hotelværelse vi har haft. Parkeringsservice funkerede perfekt og kostede 30 Euro pr. døgn, som er fair sammenlignet med andre hoteller i området.

The property was nice and the service was very good. The room was dark and the only window faced a shaft that didn't let much natural light in. It was very dark and claustrophobic room. The room description did not state that it didn't have outside light, so the ******* listing was a bit misleading.

Bel hôtel à la décoration contemporaine, essentiellement en bois. Personnel très aimable et professionnel. Établissement très bien situé et calme Chambre très bien décorée, dans un style moderne et épuré, de taille suffisante et bien équipée. Une belle adresse, à recommander !

The hotel staff was absolutely lovely! Super accommodating and patient, also friendly and able to give us good recommendations on local things to do. The hotel was super quiet and felt boutique despite not being small. Would stay there again!

A great stay at a hotel in the center of the city. Beautiful room, great ambiance, a very good restaurant downstairs. Plain and simple Reception with receptionIsts that could speak proper English.

We really liked this hotel. It is decorated beautifully and the space is generous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return again.

Beautiful property, with friendly staff, close to shopping, Concha beach and old town. We loved our corner room, with 3 large sets of patio doors and small patio to enjoy. The walk-in shower was fantastic, the large double sink was beautiful, the toilet was a techies dream and there was even a Dyson hair dryer! Would love the opportunity to stay there again.

Hotel, service and staff were excellent. We had a problem with the AC in the bedroom, the staff offered to change our room, but we had too many things to move, so we decided to use the AC in the living room, which was enough to cool the bedroom also.

Begonia at reception was excellent made our stay special with her friendly approach and knowledge of where to dine 5 star service 😎

Arbaso's staff was helpful and super friendly. The rooms were so comfy and clean. Great experience!
