It is a old hotel, but the price is good. Overall speaking, not bad.

Crisp white linens, comfy beds, lots of pillows, soft clean towels, nice lotions and soaps. I checked in early and was easily accommodated by friendly helpful staff. Loved relaxing in the pool, and it was clean. Shuttle service starts early so that was great.I will book this hotel again.

Overall service and poor quality of sleep. When I checked in the very nice lady assured me bagged breakfast to go would be available for my 0430 check out. Didn't happen and I really could've used that doughnut or other option before my flight. Shouldn't promise what isn't available. Also no one was around to ask. Wouldn't even answer the phone. The bed was HORRIBLE! Literally on the floor and so uncomfortable. I didn't sleep at all. Just tossed and turned all night. The room was really small, but that could've been overlooked easily had the bed brought that level of comfort a tired and weary traveler like me was seeking.

Good location restaurants right by. Clean room, good beds. Not noisy, free breakfast with hot foods, eggs and potatoes. Only complaint bathroom door wouldn't close well or no fan in bathroom for shower. Overall would stay again.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful with directions and recommendations for dining/shopping in the area. The airport shuttle was clean and on time. This hotel is great value for the money.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30. We checked out just before 7:00 and therr was still no food out.

This property seemed average for just a place to sleep on the way to our destination. My biggest complaint was the aroma of the herbal refreshments. At one point it was so strong my eyes burned. The use of the continuous fan did help a lot.

Clerk was not there when we arrived, reeked of tobacco smoke upon arrival a few minutes later. Otherwise, it’s an expensive airport hotel. The room is comfortable, good amenities. But they need more staff.

TV did not work. Room phone did not work. Heater did not work. This was my first property with *******. I am considering whether to use you again or not. I give good reviews too. But this was bad. Young lady at front desk was excellent and very apologetic.

No one answred the phone when we wanted to request a shuttle from the airport....several tries. Took a cab and there was no one at the desk to check us in for half an hour. A phone # was left but no one answered. Turns out he shuttle driver was also the front desk ckerk! NOT impressed!!
