Rooms are large and comfortable and the staff is very helpful. I enjoyed a scrumptuous breakfast in the morning.

Home away from home . Very relaxing, friendly staff and great breakfast. Nice pool to relax next to and just an all round restful experience. Rumbi is very welcoming and all the staff are very helpful . The lodge is close to all the restaurants and so easy to order in or go out

I felt at. Home from the moment we step inside. Friendly staff very welcoming 🙏. The breakfast and dinner mouth watering. It's very convenient and the is a mini shopping center. Sis Ntombi very lovely lady and best cook. I really enjoyed my stay. My God bless them cause they deserve 10 stars

The 4 star rating must be reviewed. Definitely not a 4 star lodge. The place is incredibly run down, the pictures on the website are nothing like the property itself. I would not recommend staying there.

Lovely Lodge! The room was large, spotless with clean fresh linen and with pretty views over the garden and pool area. Although not air conditioned a large industrial size fan was provided which kept the high thatched Room perfectly cool. The well appointed bathroom had an excellent shower with plentiful hot water. There was also a walk in wardrobe with safe in the room we stayed in. The staff were wonderfully attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The Lodge has a lovely warm, comfortable and safe ambience and we will definitely return.

What can I say? It was only one night, but what a night. Beautiful and spacious rooms, the garden is the place if you like to relax before a long flight. And the personnel was always helpful and I would like to thank especially Collin, who welcomed us and helped us in any way until the last moment. He got us a driver for the night out at Monte******, who stayed there while we were having a stroll through the shops and our dinner. We always felt safe. I can highly recommend this lodge and not only for one night!!! :-)

Lourie Lodge is a value for money stay in the Fourways area. Safe, good breakfast and nice staff. The rooms are cosy, I would suggest to pick the bigger rooms if you enjoying a longer stay than one day.

I’ve been client of Lourie Lodge since 2015. I love the quiet setting hence very central, the old, colonial-style but well maintained rooms, and especially the outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!

Friendly efficient staff, very accommodating. Will go the extra mile for their guests. Sam, was extremely helpful and assisted with all my requirements. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and was always availabe to assist.

One of the best places I've stayed at. I wished we could extend our stay but we will definitely book it again. Breakfast was delicious and the whole place was beautiful. The room matched the pictures, I especially loved the bathroom.

Beautiful accommodations. Great rooms, outdoor couches and pool, sitting area with fireplace. Full English breakfast cooked to order. Self serve bar area with superb South African wines. The staff was so friendly and expert. Colin was constantly taking care of visitors and the property. Convenient location. Loved our stay.
