Great hotel and location would stay again.

Our room had a bathroom door that would not shut unless you slammed it. The toilet ran fairly consistently. The outlet for plugs was majorly broken and there was a whole in the wall where it should have been framed. The chair at the desk was peeling. I brought all this up to the front desk on Sunday and I’m still waiting for a call from the manager over 48 hours later. $300 for each night is unreasonable for the condition of the room. Very disappointed with this stay and their handling (or lack thereof) of the situation

Preis Leistung finde ich ich nicht angemessen. Viele dreckige Oberflächen und das Badezimmer ist definitiv renovierungsbedürftig. Die Lage in Santa Barbara ist allerdings top, das Personal auch freundlich.

The room was falling apart, turning on the shower felt like I was going to pull it off the wall. The right sink faucet was so loose that it felt like water would start shooting out any moment. Toilets struggles to flush, would have to press and hold down 3 times to ensure that everything flushed. The 24 hour front desk they offer is false, check in staff leaves at 10pm. If your flight gets in later you're out of luck. I had to pay for a flight change or loose the prepaid room.

Got our key from lock box since we were checking in late. Opened the room and someone was asleep in the bed. We called the hotel security and then the cops. As the cops were on their way the person who was sleeping on the bed left the room and put back the screen from the window. He obviously had broken into room. We had to leave and find another hotel at 1130pm. Night hotel person was nice though. They should have better security with rooms being locked.

Upplevelsen var mycket bra. Nära strand och restauranger. Mysigt med trevlig personal. Det fanns ingen AC samt dåligt Wi-Fi det var det enda som inte var så bra. Annars ett fantastiskt hotell.

Very old motel that has been renovated and partially refreshed to an "eclectic" standard. No elevator, and exterior access stairs oddly laid out. The top level room was spacious, with vaulted ceiling and had a thermostatically controlled gas fireplace for heat. Doesn't appear to have air conditioning but there was a ceiling fan installed. Unit is a budget hotel in an excellent location just steps away from East Beach. Transit bus stop to State St (#20) is less than 5 minutes away. Uber costs under ＜$9 to get to State St. Can walk to Stearn's Wharf in half an hour. The breakfast was decent with coffee, teas, orange juice, yogurt, fruits, cereals, wrapped muffins, and a sausage and egg biscuit, etc.

Ok so we arrive at 1 which is early and room is not ready yet. No problem but we wanted to handle paperwork and go biking while waiting. Fool Cleek said we would have to pay $30!as an early checkin charge. Poor service

We stayed mid week and off-season, and it was a very good value for the location. You are 1/2 block from beautiful east beach. Our superior king room room, 118 was spacious. The pool looked clean, and there was nice furniture in the outdoor space to hang out. You can tell this hotel is really trying, a good deep cleaning, and some paint would go a long way. The mattress, pillows, and towels are in need of replacement, but it wasn’t gross, just don’t expect any high end comforts.

Very cute on the website . Proximity to beach and pet friendly a definite plus. While the staff was friendly the room, specifically the bathroom was moldy and dirty. Soiled towel and the rack and sink was clogged.

The was advertised as a suite, it was not. The room didn't even have a working phone, and no air conditioner. Very disappointing

My stay was not so good. In fact it was terrible! For a few reasons: it wasn’t so clean. The bed mattress was old and it had holes. The bathroom was missing a shower door. In addition there wasn’t any heat or air conditioning. Not mention the sink had cigarette burn stains.

The staff is delightful, super great guy is at the front desk and very accommodating. However it does not cover the glaring issues with the rooms. See my public review.

Dejlligt hotel med beliggenhed meget tæt på East Beach og tæt på gode spisesteder og lokal øko-dagligvarebutik. Frisk gå-tur til Santa Barbara på 10 min.
