聖羅莎6號汽車旅館(Motel 6 Santa Rosa, NM)

One of the worst places we have ever stayed. The first room had dirty towels and some kind of animal hair in the bed. We were able to get a different room but the floor base ***** was coming off the wall and the floor behind the toilet was cracked up and bare to the concrete.

I’ve stayed at many Motel 6s and I understand the value. However, this one is bad. Beds feel like sleeping on a pull out sofa at best. The mattresses are prob 10+ yrs old. Overall, rooms are in disrepair. Door to room so bent it wouldn’t seal when closed. Paid $82 for the night.

The biggest issue I had was with the service staff. Our toilet foot plugged up. I first tried calling. When I tried calling from my room, I got a busy signal (i tried multiple times. ) When I tried calling from my cell phone, the number couldn't be completed. I walked over to the office. She said, "ooooo. I don't think there is anything I can do. I don't have any plungers. " She did take about a minute to look in the office, but they didn't have anything. When I asked if we could switch rooms, she asked, "How long have you been here? " I said we got here tonight. She responded with, "You've been here over an hour." I explained we went out to eat. She asked if we messed up the beds, and when she found out that we had already, she said, "Sorry, I can't help you. " So now we are stuck in a room with no working toilet. The room itself was plain. The beds were uncomfortable. I was glad i was only staying one night.

It is what you would expect for $100 less than surrounding hotels. Quite, clean but needs updates

It isn't the best Motel 6 but if you just need a place to stay it will do.

It was right off the highway, not hard to find, What wasn't, so good was my room was in the back facing the highway. Lucky I had ear plugs.

Clean well lit safe no frills motel. Good little cafe across the street. Good in n out road trip place to stay

Dead bolt did not work. For a place that has closed the lobby and makes you talk to staff through a window, I guess they are more concerned with staff security than customer security. It was cheap - you get what you pay for. Terrible bed/pillows.

When I entered the room, it had the smallest amount of foul odor. I figured such a small odor wouldn't matter, but by the morning time, it's all I could smell. I'm not sure what it was; perhaps it was water damage and they tried to clean it up, but maybe they got so used to the stank that they don't notice it. I should have left and sought other lodging.
