Me ayudaron con mi alimentación que es especial y me dieron una habitación que entraba cómodamente mi silla de ruedas estoy muy agradecida una bella experiencia

Fui reciente a este bonito hotel del 25 de agosto al lunes 28 del 2023 ,excelente lugar muy bonita vista ,fuimos de viaje de luna de miel mi esposo y yo, desde que llegamos nos recibieron con un bello arreglo en nuestra recamara, Que repitieron cuando salimos al mar, la señora que nos arreglaba el cuarto fue muy gentil, solo cabe señalar el trato de parte del personal del hotel poco amables y poco serviciales , debe esto mejorar y mucho para que el cliente se sienta bien tratado y apreciado... Porq no es buena la atención de parte del personal.

Das Hotel war nachts unbesetzt, als wir ankamen. Es gab nichts zum Essen (24h all inklusiv falsch); nicht sehr sauber; um Toilettenpapier musste man immer betteln. Das Personal hat versucht, aus Not alles mitgehen zu lassen. Mineralwasser gab es nicht. Viele Getränke wurden nicht angeboten. Kellnerinnen waren stutenbissig zu mir (Frau). Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Balkontür defekt, In einer Woche 3x Stromausfall. Der Strand ist zugemüllt und nicht brauchbar. Im Wasser: Voller Algen, Glasscherben und Seeigel. Keine Tretboote. Hotelanlage voll mit Mücken. Essen nicht so gut und es mangelte an allem. 1x Live-Musik gehabt. Dusche ging nicht richtig. Internet ging 3 Tage nicht und sonst sehr schwach. Ich +habe mir dort Dengue geholt.

We stayed at the Cuba's resort Carisol Los Corales from 05 March till 18 March 2024. From the very beginning of our stay at this resort we experienced an absence of water (hot and cold) and electricity. When there was no electricity there were no WiFi and Air Conditioning too. At first we thought that this situation would just last a very short time as we are familiar with Cuba but we were wrong. After talking to the vacationers and some personal of the resort on 05 March 2024 we learned that this situation had been continuing awhile. I want to underline that we were temporary absence of electricity but COMPLETE ABSENCE OF THE hot and cold WATER for the 2 weeks duration of our stay at the resort. Just imagine your personal home without the water for two weeks !!! What will be in the bathroom? We urgently needed to obtain the bucket. The bucket was used to bring the water to the room to flush the toilet a few times per day. Yes ! I carried the water in the bucket from the lawn hydrant which was outside the building. If we had a chance to leave the resort we would do it right away the next day upon learning the deplorable sanitary situation in Carisol Los Corales. The whole resort !!! had lack of water. There was no single drop of the water either in the rooms or in the public bathroom in the lobby. This is in the hot climate with the swarm of the flies in the restaurant. There were the complete unsanitary conditions ! There was the smell from the open doors of the occupied rooms. Guess why !!! People went outside where there was a lawn hydrant on the ground level to wash hands or to fill the plastic bottle with water to flush the toilet. For not all was lucky to find the buckets. I do not wear a beard and shave myself every other day with the shaving razor but for the two weeks I could not care for myself due to the lack of the water notwithstanding I had a full set of the shaving accessories with me. My wife and I, we both, can state that this was not a relaxing vacation but suffering and surviving. Hola Sun can not sell the vacation package to the place where the water is COMPLETELY absent !!!!!! They have to monitor the situation on the resort but not think only about money.The climate is hot in Cuba and without the water any infectious disease can outbreak !
