貝斯特韋斯特卡利霍比酒店(Hotel Kalliohovi)

Énormément de points positifs nous ont permis d’apprécier notre séjour. La situation de l’hôtel (avec en prime des vélos prêtés gratuitement par l’hôtel ce qui est très rare!), le personnel absolument adorable (mention spéciale à la personne qui parle Français a l’accueil), un petit-déjeuner costaud, des chambres très calmes (pourtant nous étions sur rue) et enfin un sauna tout neuf absolument parfait. Mille mercis à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable.

Mukava hotelli. Paljon parempi aamiainen kuin odotin. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Osaan huoneista sai ottaa mukaan lemmikin pientä lisämaksua vastaan. Ilmastoinnista plussa. Kyllä sen näkee että hotelli ei ole eilen avattu, mutta ei mitenkään häiritsevästi. Kaikki toimi. Joustava sisäänkirjaus, pääsimme ajoissa huoneeseen koska se oli valmiina. Sänky vähän kapeampi kuin standardi, mutta ei mitenkään poikkeuksellinen - ei haitannut mitään. Huone hyvän kokoinen noin muuten, kylpyhuone remontoitu.

Solides Hotel mit tollem Service. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar und Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Tür.

Kivalla paikalla. Ilmanvaihto olisi voinut olla tehokkaampi. Ääni kuului kovin kovaa mutta tehoton oli. Hyvä aamupala.

Ystävällinen ja joustava palvelu respassa kuten ravintolassa. Hyvä autohalli. Sijainti loista. Suositus.

Great little hotel staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing would recommend a stay just for the restaurant. Rooms are good although a little dark ,location was good for me and the undercover car park is a great addition to stop you getting buried in snow.

I stayed here for one night. The hotel is small and comfortable, decorated in Rauma's maritime style. The service was friendly and attentive. I asked for a room in a quiet location, which was fine. At night, there was a long line in the street to the nightclub, and then there is definitely noise. My room was standard which is comfortable for one person. The bed is maybe a bit narrow for two. The tile seams in the shower needed bleaching, otherwise everything was clean. The breakfast was good and varied, it was served in a restaurant decorated in a maritime style. There was a small terrace in the courtyard where you can enjoy drinks from the bar. I would come again to this nice little hotel.

There had been a mixup with our reservation and the room was double booked. BUT the staff were very apologetic, friendly and professional and sorted out the situation straight away! Everyone can make a mistake but not everyone has got brilliant customer service like Kalliohovi hotel. We were very impressed and happy with the stay and customer service

Stayed here for business. Rooms are big, bed is comfortable. Restaurant was good, breakfast buffet had a great selection and food was very tasty. Also ate dinner at the restaurant one night and the whitefish was excellent!! Also a great location, could walk to Old Rauma in about ten minutes.
