Overall we liked our stay. Breakfast at this hotel is ok - you do have choices (waffles, boiled eggs, sausages, egg whites, bagels, English muffins, toast bread 🍞, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals.... etc). Dinner wise we recommend to explore the area. There are lots of great places to eat. The Olde Pink House is a must (historical place), the other places please read the reviews... Hotel review: Accommodations are good (this was something we looked for). Studio with queen bad and a sofa, also included basic kitchen needs (range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and of course plates, glass ware, forks, nives, etc). TV with Netflix and Prime access. AC unit (not too loud). Full bathroom. Watch for

Checked in. Sketchy people hanging around. Room 225 had roaches. Room 231 had mold around the vents, around the bathtub, couldnt use the bath for my babies because the plug wouldnt fit, fridge was dirty, pullout sofa was hard with the springs.

We'll come back. Sheets were soft. All the plugs and USB access is great. Breakfast, although the room is small and hard to navigate, was good. There's only 1 trashcan in a 2 bedroom suite. Only one mirror for 4 people. 3 chairs at the table is difficult when theres 4 people. All the windows were left unlocked. Living room Furniture was worned. Elevator button on 1st floor was broken and would fall Staff were friendly and helpful.off.Having dishes and utensils is great, but no pans for oven. Enjoyed the pretty landscaping. Inadequate handicapped parking. One vehicle parked illegaliy in blue lines. We did have children above us running and jumping for about an hr at a time twice yesterday, so they need a first floor room or over a non guest room. Other than that, a very quiet stay.

Friendliest staff we have met. Polite and accommodating. Room was clean and had essential amenities.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean. Loved location of property and short drive to access to River Street and Tybee Island. My daughter who traveled with us could not access the internet even with the help desk during our entire stay which put her 4 days behind in her on line schooling.

The breakfast staff was so wonderful, giving us many options to check out downtown while we were in town. The place was a little older and needed some improvement, but over all clean and worked for our stay.
