Very attentive, clean, and Free Breakfast. Location is pretty good with stores in walking distance. Staff was Great and Very Friendly. Was greeted everytime i walked through the lobby.

Nice place clean and friendly. I took my dog and the area around the hotel was safe for walking. They also provide poop bags in the event you don’t carry your own.

It was a very nice hotel. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable! I loved having a kitchen! Our only issue was that our toilet clogged and when we called to have someone plunge it they told us where to find the plunger to do it ourselves. We couldn’t find it so we had to go to Walmart and buy one. The smell of the toiletry products in the shower was heavenly. I would definitely stay there again!

Staff were so friendly, especially the woman at breakfast every morning she was SO sweet to our 3 year old. Dining room had high chairs so that was a bonus. Room was comfy, our only complaint was that we stayed for 3 days and had zero housekeeping at all. Overall clean and friendly, the suites are pretty private. Definitely family friendly.

Staff moved us due to fridge problems. Fridge doors opened opposite to access and there was water on the floor (ice maker missing parts?) Replacement room OK

The staff was very helpful, attentive, and kind. The breakfast was better than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised to discover the room had amenities I wasn't expecting (some plates, silverware, cups, and a few other kitchen items), which came in very handy when the restaurant I got food from my first night didn't provided utensils. Thanks for your hard work!

Excellent staff. Very friendly and courteous. Only place I want to stay when i come to Jacksonville. Good breakfast and very comfortable beds 😊

Staff was wonderful. Room very clean and kitchen was convenient for my extended stay.

Convienient for a local wedding and more affordable than the hotels on the river.

Overall the hotel was clean, however, there was a sock from a previous person.

Good location. Close to Malls, shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

We booked a two bedroom queen suite, the room was a great value for the price. The space was big enough to accommodate two couples comfortably.did not use pool are, however, it did seem clean

I only gave this hotel 3 stars because the girl at the front desk was super accommodating and put us in a suite. Our original room we were given had quite the smell. Literally made my 6 yr old gag.
