Immaculate and well designed B&B. Very homely feel, amazing hosts Stephen and Margaret who are so welcoming and friendly but not invasive. Room was spotless. Lovely bedding, very comfortable, spacious, freeview TV, limitless tea, coffee and milk and really nice snack basket. Located on an easy to find main road away from the hustle and bustle and lights at the front. BTW, breakfast is superb and very reasonable! We Will Be Back!!

We've recently enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this lovely B & B. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hospitality tray in the bedroom was great and it was nice to have access to fresh milk and chilled water from the little fridge in reception. A fan was provided which came in very handy during this hot spell. Car parking available on site and just a 10 minute stroll to the beach and town centre. Breakfast was fabulous; I would say it was the best I've ever experienced on holiday and well worth the additional charge. Would definitely book again when coming to Scarborough, it's a little gem.

We stayed here for the second time and cannot fault it in any way. The service you get from Steven and Margaret to the spacious, immaculate rooms which has everything you need and more. (The little touches are great.) If you pay for the breakfast you will not regret it, again the service, the breakfast selection and the quality of the food used is second to none. We believe this is one of the best places to stop in Scarborough. Ample car parking which is a bonus too. Thank you Steven and Margaret, we will be seeing you again in the future.

Excellent place to stay in Scarborough we love it here and have been many times.Margaret and Steven are wonderful people and do all they can to make your stay amazing.Lovely little extra touches like fridge in the room and tea and coffee making as well as fresh milk.The breakfast is the best we have had and a fantastic choice with everything that you can imagine.The rooms are very comfortable and spotless with comfy beds and decent showers.Already booked our next visit as we prefer a particular room and this place gets booked up quickly.Massive bonus is free parking onsite.

Great place to stay. Excellent hosts. Great choice of breakfast, well cooked and presented. Very tasty ingredients. Accommodation is immaculate with lots of extra details. Would highly recommend. Great location too. Overall amazing experience.

Couldn’t fault this lovely B&B. The service was excellent, loved the way it’s decorated and the owners couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with something for everyone and it was certainly of a size to set you up for the day. The location was great with easy access to the seafront either by car or on foot. If I ever go back to Scarborough I’d stay here again.

Everything about this place is brilliant, from the owners to the comfy rooms and beautiful breakfast. Owners can’t do enough and are so welcoming and friendly. Definitely one of the best there is. All the food is high end produce and the rooms were spotless with decent sized televisions in. I guarantee you will enjoy your stay.

Perfect hosts rooms are immaculate. Breakfast is amazing with a good selection including a specials board. Would highly recommend this B&B, this was second stay. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and in the opposite direction it's a 10 minute walk to the train station
