舒眠酒店(Sleep Inn)

Beds were excellent. So comfortable and room was really clean. Windows had full blackout shade as well. Staff was really nice and morning breakfast was fresh and well stocked.

With the price being lower than those around it, I was skeptical. But I went with the reviews, which were positive. Updated rooms, very clean, very comfortable. Kind staff. Everything working and in order. Excellent stay.

The property was decent. We had no complaints about the property itself. HOWEVER, the pet fee was almost as much as the room rate. We booked thru ******* and there was no information about the pet fee anywhere. We figured it would be something reasonable ($35 at the most). We signed an agreement to pay $35 but were charged $50! I understand pet fees have gone up some from the standard $10 previously, but $50 for a one night stay is ridiculous. Especially, after we signed a waiver for $35 and there is no information on the booking site stating how much it was. If you are on a budget, I wouldn't recommend staying here. I would book up on another hotel (especially since I've seen advertisements elsewhere for no pet fees). On our way home we chose to stay somewhere else due to this.

The area is nice. The hotel is a different story. Got up to our room to find that the shower had no shower curtain, there was only one towel, the coffee pot still had an old used coffee filter in it. Asked house keeping about this but they couldnt answer the questions we had. The breakfast ia a joke. The ran out of coffee and coffee cups. They ran out of juice. The lights were off in the pool area. When we asked how to turn them on they didnt know. I will not be staying hear again. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

So, 1. We checked in and found a half bottle of wine in the fridge. Not the welcome gift we thought we would receive. 2. Dead bolt would not secure, could not put on the lock. (Rm212) 3. What is it with the shower, we could not figure out how to turn it on. If your suppose to pull up the handle to activate the shower head, I think you need to fix it.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible.

We got there at 243 check in is at 3 the lady at desk said in a negative tone we can’t check in until 3 that gives our house keeping staff time to clean rooms as we are standing there the housekeeping staff were walking out leaving for the day. We woke up and there were sugar ants everywhere when I went down to tell front desk that we woke up and there were ants everywhere she said”oh are they the little ones?” So obviously they know there is a problem no discount or anything just was told I’ll tell maintenance.

Floors in my room were not cleaned when I walked across them with my bare feet out of the shower the bottoms of my feet were brown with dirt. Counters were not wiped down there were smear marks on them. There were stains on my blankets. I had to go to Walmart and get Lysol to spray into the room and on the floors to knock down the smell. Breakfast wasn't that great either. Only thing that was good was the waffles the rest wasn't worth eating. A person shouldn't have to deal with all of that when you pay to stay at a place. It should be clean no matter how much money is spent per night. Doubt I will be staying here again
