clean and convenient. Abit of a walk to old town but doable

Our stay was very pleasant. Family vacation for seven days. The staff were friendly, and helpful with information regarding the area. Room was clean and additional supplies and cleaning service provided when requested. Would have preferred variety in breakfast selection. Breakfast was not bad.There was fruit some days and some days not. The entire seven days we stayed they offered bacon only on one day. It would have been nice to offer half bacon and half sausage as daily options. Grateful for hot breakfast none the less. Workout room was enjoyable. Overall good stay.

Rien à redire pour notre passage dans cet hotel qui nous a permis de reprendre l'avion tranquillement à Phoenix. Environ à 20 minutes de l'aeroport. Piscine agréable.

Había bichos por todos lados, en el baño más y la alfombra sucia, nadie se hizo responsable ya que tenían muchos huéspedes Pediría una compensación ya que iba con niños y fue muy incómodo

Our room was nice and comfortable. Favorite feature was a sliding glass door that OPENED and we had fresh air all night!

This place needs updates! Sofa springs shot, desk chair mechanism broken, refrigerator appears to be missing one foot, so leans visibly to one side, rooms are dark. Overpriced for what you get. Paid for balcony which was smallest one on property with huge pillar blocking light and view of pool. Overall, poor value.

It ain’t the Ritz but it’s great for spring training close to the stadium offers breakfast and has a nice pool and hot tub. However, they are soon going to be remodeling it and turning it into a Hilton so there goes one of the few affordable options for spring training, they say it will be open during the remodeling but I’m sure it will be noisy as heck so don’t plan on returning .

Most of the staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. However we were disappointed that during our 4 nights stay we had no House keeping. We were provided with 3 coffee pods and the inside water container was filthy.

Stayed here with my husband for a long weekend to see Scottsdale. The location was great. It was close to Old Town and lots of restaurant and bar options. However, the hotel can use some updating. The hallways smelled a bit musty and the rooms needed some updated furniture. The breakfast was only from 6:30 to 9:30. Therefore, we were unable to take advantage of that. One suggestion is to have breakfast and a little bit later. We had a noisy upstairs neighbor, but our rating has nothing to do with that because that was outside of the hotels control.

Due to early arrival, I called first thing in the morning and asked for an early check-in. I spoke with a gentleman named Joe, who confirmed that I would be able to check in as of noon. When I arrived at noon, the lady working the reception desk seemed uninterested in helping me and told me to come back at 3 PM. She was not customer service focused.

The employee that greeted us when we checked in was awesome. She was so pleasant and it so so appreciated after a long day of travel.
