We absolutely LOVED our stay here. It was our first time visiting Arizona, and I’m so glad we decided to stay at the Aiden. The staff was so friendly and the rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. We especially loved the hot tub in the morning and at night after our hikes! Great location if you’re renting a car, less than 20 minutes to get to most places. And for the price - you can’t beat it!!!! Stay here!

Hotel felt new and fresh - probably a recent remodel. Everything worked. Bed comfortable. It was good that they had a proper coffee service downstairs serving espresso drinks. Nice spacious parking for a truck. Sound isolation not so great, but luckily not too many noisy guests. TV does not support 'apps' like Netflix' and 'Amazon Prime', so I couldn't stream my shows.

It was wonderful except one of the girls at the front desk on December 5 (had glitter eyeshadow) was rude when I asked her to have clean towels put in my room. Everyone else was exceptionally helpful, nice, wonderful!

We’ve stayed here several times. It has upgraded over the years to include great bar with bar snacks like wings, flatbreads, nachos, etc. Breakfast buffet is very good and reasonably priced. We appreciate the food since the two restaurants within walking distance went broke during the Covid closures. I wish they would replace the hallway carpets, but the rooms are clean and well equipped.

The staff was friendly and guests seemed to enjoy interacting with them. I know they helped me! I ate dinner in the bar. It was relaxing and the Salmon was delicious!!! Perfectly grilled. Clean room. Comfy beds. I would definitely stay there again!!

The night manager was not terribly friendly when we checked in. The floors were really filthy, carpets were old, worn and dirty. The maid ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign, and banged in the door first thing in the morning, after our flight arrived late at night.
