Unfortunate experience - arrived for three night stay on a weekend when storm and power loss were anticipated. The hotel even had a flyer with information; however when we arrived in room we only had one fireplace log for our three night stay, one of the lanterns (for power outage) did not work, and thermostat would not work as it was flashing “needs battery”. Room only had no extra rolls of paper towels and because there was no way to take out any garbage, we were told to “put the trash bag outside and a staff member will pick it up” (that sat there for three days and was never picked up). went and purchased $50 in additional fire logs as we anticipated that may be our only source of heat. (In the end we had no power for about 7 hours). TV/cable set up did not work but maintenance assisted promptly. Front desk triple charged us for the remaining balance and I am still trying to work this out with them now 6 days later!

Was told we had ocean front. Once we checked in we were told we had to drive 10 minutes south of the address listed to a completely different property which wasn’t on the beach, and couldn’t even see the beach. Drove back and after going back and forth with the front desk representative for a few minutes they were able to refund everything and we went with a different company.

Ocean view room with balcony was great! Checkin was lightning fast. Bed was very comfortable. Just a couple complaints. 1. For some inexplicable reason, you had the landscapers working on Saturday morning? People book spots like this to unwind for the weekend and hear the ocean in the morning while they drink their coffee, not lawnmowers and weedwhackers at 9:00am. Obviously landscape maintenance has to be done, but kind of absurd to schedule this for a Saturday or Sunday. 2. There is no way to turn off the balcony light. One of the best things about sleeping by the ocean is opening the windows and listening to it all night. However you had to either close the shades to block the light and deal with them flapping in the wind, or just deal with the bright light. Both of these are really silly flaws in what was an otherwise nice place.

Spacious and comfortable room with wonderful ocean views. I love the location as it was on the edge of town, quiet and private yet walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff went out of their way to facilitate a return of clothing left behind. We plan on returning to Cannon Beach and this exact room.

Took an anniversary trip and stayed here one night. We had an oceanfront room with an incredible view. The room was perfect. Comfortable bed and awesome gas fireplace. We would definitely stay here again.

We wanted a getaway after my husband's knee replacement and they even helped us unload our bags! We loved the spaciousness and all the windows to view the estuary and the ocean.

This motel room was recently renovated. Bed was very comfortable. TV was excellent. Bathroom small but well laid out.Good coffee.Pleasant helpful staff. Great stay.

Property had excellent amenities for the price in my view. Fireplace, game table, fridge and hot plate, all the utensils and dishes you would need for couples stay. Lovely corner view. Just a nice place

Room was wonderful. Lady at checking was lukewarm. TV was difficult to maneuver as was the heat. "They" control the heating; couldn't get it above 69 and it was chilly and raining.
