On arrival I was surprised by the appearance of the reception personnel. They were polite but not up to the standard required for the job of being the first impression of the hotel. The room was up to the Premier standard and cleanliness very good. Unlike some other more expensive hotels I always sleep well in a Premier bed although I remember the pillows used to be softer. Hotel location ideal for beach access and Tesco when a petrol top up was required.

Other than for a seemingly un-cared for breakfast, it was very nice - quite modern - and doing everything that you'd otherwise expect of a Premier Inn! Shame it was in Seaton, however, as that's such an awfully depressing place, to which we will never return!!!

The hotel was only a 10min drive from Lyme Regis, and much cheaper than staying in the town itself. The hotel room was really clean and comfortable and perfect for me and my two young children. Would recommend the breakfast as kids eat free with a paying adult. A good selection to choose from and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

A nice, friendly hotel that was clean and quiet with attentive staff. The room was great big enough and had a bath with shower and air conditioning. Large, comfortable Hypnos bed. The meal deal is excellent value and the food quality was fine. Modern hotel, great location and good value.

Good location for completing sections of the South West Coast path to Beer or Lyme Regis. The Seaton tramway passes through local wetlands. Spotted an egret and cormorant. Lengthy promenade to walk off the calories. An excellent second hand book shop in town plus a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants, and all within walking distance of Premier Inn.

Insufficient disabled parking, room was not cleaned, bins were not emptied, bed was not re-made over a two-night stay. Tumblers were not providing, inadequate seating. However, the staff were brilliant.

The hotel is well placed for easy access to the beach. Sadly the hotel was short-staffed as we were told several times, we reported on arrival the bathroom door handle was very loose, it was still loose 4 days later. The plug got stuck in the bathroom sink we asked for 3 days to get so.eone to fix it, after 2 members of staff couldn't pull the plug out it stayed full of dirty water, was still there when we left 3 days later. Appaling given how much it cost to stay there.

This hotel has all You need for an affordable break in Seaton. Great access to Beer, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis on buses - lovely spot !

Floors and tables sticky and not very clean. Particularly the floors. Room okay bed okay. Food in the restaurant good but there did not seem to be enough staff.

We stayed here a few weeks ago, stayed in your honiton branch for one night then stayed here the following. Whilst honiton is looking old and abit ran down, this hotel is newer, the rooms are large and generally the hotel is better laid out with a huge carpark although it is payable. The beach is not far and there’s a nice place to eat in axmouth just round the corner. Will return here

Having taken the option of the meal deal there was a problem! First evening the dinner room was closed with a supposed mechanical breakdown with the extractor fan. We enquired about alterative near eating places, very few places open, it was thunder and lightnig with rain. Went to one suggestion which was closed, eventualy found a chip shop that was open, after getting wet. Second night the dinning room was open meal was taken but there appeared to be a lack of staff so the meal took a long time to arrive the table next to ours eventually left without their sweet after waiting for 35minites for ice cream!. The third night the the dinning room was again open but the menu had items not available.

Location Good but had to wait to check in and wait to be seated at breakfast. Lack of staff. My shower was grotty and leaking onto floor. No excuse for dirt or poor maintenance regardless of price of rooms. Room 16. It's right opposite a large tesco.

Waited forever for our desert which never came. Only two staff serving, running the bar and covering reception which is totally unacceptable. If you wish an evening meal don't use this place you could be waiting forever.

Great hotel in a great location. Easy parking, easy check-in, clean and spacious room and most importantly, quiet.
