「房間寬敞乾淨，安靜舒適，在半山坡上，出行可打車或坐巴士，還可以練練腿腳，徒步出行。老牌酒店，價格實惠，服務周到。是我們三人行必住酒店，且多次入住。周邊有非遺文化遺產景點和葡國美食餐館，味道獨特。適合喜歡徒步和追求美食的朋友入住。」

「這次入住非常愉快！酒店設計很有品位，我很喜歡古堡風格。所有工作人員都熱情周到，到店後主動幫忙搬運行李，還貼心提供了小童沐浴露和潤膚乳。 我曾不小心把包落在餐廳，一位中文很流利的男工作人員幫我妥善保管，所有物品都沒有遺失，非常感謝。房間稍微有些潮濕，建議入住時向前台申請除濕機。整體服務非常棒，是一次開心又難忘的體驗！We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, and I especially loved its charming castle style. All the staff were warm and attentive, helping us with our luggage upon arrival and thoughtfully providing children’s body wash and lotion. I accidentally left my bag in the restaurant, and a male staff member who spoke excellent Mandarin kept it safely for me. Nothing was missing, and I was very grateful. The room was slightly humid, so I recommend requesting a dehumidifier from the front desk. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay with excellent service.」

「酒店地理位置很方便 適合在氹仔半島看演唱會的粉絲住 可以從橫琴過關然後直接坐輕軌 橫琴線一站到蓮花（這裏出去直接到新濠影滙）然後換乘氹仔線到機場站 出來走五分鐘就可以到酒店了 很好找很近 然後感覺房間也正常大小 沒有黴味 不老舊的 前台工作人員態度很好 也可以點到挺多外賣 想去銀河綜藝館也可以住這個酒店 輕軌都可以直達（坐到路氹西然後走一段）」
