We took the ferry out from Singapore and stayed overnight. The whole trip couldn’t have gone better. Look out for the “ me time” weekday special From the ease of getting out there to the lovely service. Three pools, comfortable rooms ( we had the Bali room with two rooms a lovely bathroom and a big outdoor space ) nice food , great setting. Most of all everything just run so smoothly, we appreciate it our two days and definitely be back.

Quiet environment, great location, incredibly friendly staff. Enjoyed the premises on a restful environment, and had the chance to try several different cuisine options offered, in addition to many of the Spa treatments to feel fully renovated in as short as 2 days and one night. Recomendable..

Wonderful gem in Batam for a calming oasis to unwind and reset the body and soul. This is return trip for me and my daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed the hair spa, strong balinese massage and body scrubs . Thank you Tuti and Siti for the wonderful therapy and Arik for the execellent lunch service which was really delicious . A three night stay from Friday 22 to Monday 25 March, and 2 spa treatment packages and indulgence of the 7 course dining platter! From arrival at the ferry port until we left, the personalised service by all the team at Tempat were 5* plus! We stayed in the Thai suite which was luxurious and a quiet spot with own terrace, not over looked! Only by the early morning visit from the resident monkies! The LeafJuice products and choice of treatments were top notch; although there were numerous day visitors to the spa for half day or full day treatments, the organisation by the team meant we never felt we were overlooked or that there our personal space and tranquility was compromised! It’s a credit to the team and management that the staff are present when you need them, but otherwise remain in the background! The range of treatments, quality of application and personalised experience in a range of settings was luxurious

I have come multiple times. Such an easy getaway from SG and brilliant service. Massage is bliss. Highly recommended for a couples or girls trip. The price hasn’t gone up since 2018 when I first visited! (Discovered this when I was looking at my email chain!) A gorgeous day away from the hustle and bustle. The surroundings are immediately calming. I will be back again!

Impeccable service. From the momebt u arrive at Sekupang Ferry Terminal till you leave Batam, rest assured that you will be pampered by the staff. They had even gone out of their way to decorate my room as it was my wife's birthday. (At no extra cost to me) Food was top notch. Exceeds all expectations for the price of the 7 course dinner. Staff are so professional and attentive to your needs. Service with a smile always. Keep up the great work and see you very soon.
