The website looks great .. especially for the price! But the rooms are terrible, filthy , ripped bed sheets dirty mattress and linen .. that really put me off instantly. The bathrooms need a full makeover! Shame as a good size but just need some real love!! The location is good for the ferry but the area is very quiet and remote . The resort has water sports but sadly no beach so it’s pool or nothing. The breakfast was good, lunch there is only that same restaurant available which is fine for a short stay but longer and I think it would be an issue . The pool was nice , the net hammocks on the jetty are very cool especially at sunset . But the small lagoon infront of the wooden hut apartments is bleak. The best part for us was the bar for sunset Great as had a different food menu and some music ( all though crazy loud when opens ) but doesn’t open til 4.30 so it’s not like you can chose that for lunch! There was a beautiful temple / statue on the property that I was told people come to visit . This was very impressive to see , the tiny shop next to however was the only other place to grab a drink very limited snack in the day and was cash only which was tricky . For a one night stay it’s totally fine and a bargain but more isn’t ideal. We were told there was a beach ten mins away but private and there is a cost to use it plus no snorkelling so we decided to stay put and just chill by the pool. The staff were good very nice and friendly . the transfer was brilliant from the ferry terminal. It looked to me that there was maybe some refurbish happening along the jetty, maybe with a little TLC the resort would be a pleasant short trip location for someone exploring Batam and the surrounding islands . sunset was amazing I will say! Looking across at Singapore too. The little camper van touch was cute , they were selling coconut water from there I was told . Very nice addition

先説説不足之處：酒店的設備比較老舊，衞生間的門或門框有被水浸泡的痕跡；進入酒店大廳有一股潮濕的黴味；客房有一股煙味；床墊可能時間久了，有點塌陷，能感覺到下面彈簧的痕跡；茶杯餐具感覺沒洗乾淨的樣子，上面有咖啡漬或者茶漬；衞生間的清潔細節有待提高，發現吹風機上面沾着頭髮還有臟東西；廁所瓷磚牆上也有臟東西；陽台的地面不乾淨，基本是這些。 下面説説我比較滿意的部分：首先要説，酒店價格實在是太美麗！在中國感覺都住不到同級別同價格的酒店；酒店位置很好，距離商場不遠，打車方便。由於是家庭出行，所以要一個大床屋，另一個要兩個大尺寸的單人床，酒店幫忙安排了兩間相連房間，而且兩張單人床中一個標準單人床+一個大尺寸單人床，正好夠一個孩子單獨睡，另一個床可以一個大人帶一個小孩睡；我要求每屋都用浴缸，都安排了；酒店早餐中規中矩，不驚艷，但能吃飽並且符合大眾的口味。 總體來説，硬件條件有待提高，衞生條件有待提高；服務不錯，住的比較舒心，若要再去巴淡，會考慮再次入住。

我和丈夫在3505年住了2晚。這個度假村非常適合各種旅行者,商務,獨奏情侶或家庭!體面的早餐從早上6點開始傳播,以便您可以在一天之前吃一頓豐盛的飯菜。有一個遊戲室,有檯球桌,飛和足球桌 - 朋友,家庭和情侶的樂趣。一個巨大的游泳池,適合成人和孩子,一個寧靜的溫泉和一個兒童房間,供小朋友使用。房間,雖然有些人評論說有點陳舊,但維護得很好!電視頻道很多,房間面積寬敞,一切都運作良好。更不用說它很乾淨,明亮,有很多自然光。我們被升級到套房,泳池景色不錯。酒店場地總是乾淨。我們遇到了景觀美化人員,讓他們的植物整潔。游泳池裏沒有一片落葉!日光浴牀保持乾燥,爲客人乾淨。巴淡假日酒店的所有工作人員都用友好的服務讓我們微笑,即Dinda,Ocha,Raya和Anga(我希望我拼寫正確)早餐時,我沒能在餐廳獲得工作人員的名字幾個小時,但我希望管理層看到這篇文章後也會向他們表示我的讚揚。廚師,現場車站廚師和所有服務人員每當看到我們時都會迎接我們。他們迅速清理盤子,並提供新鮮沖泡的咖啡(焦糖拿鐵很好!)。還有 kudos 爲保持我們的房間新鮮而進行客房清潔。位置略微在市區外,但我們在 Grab 任何地方都沒有問題。還有 - 歡迎餅乾很好吃!:)

還行吧，比較寬敞，附近就有商場，旁邊有Spring按摩店非常好，不足的是早餐比較難吃，中國胃表示受不了

Service were on point. From security to reception staff,they all have a good vibrant vibes. It feels good to be there.Not forgetting the housekeepers too. One thing that needsto be better is the breakfast. Serving the same fried riceand fried noodles on every morning is abit too much.Definitely theres room for improvements. Overall im ahappy guest. Keep it up. For sure I will be back and hope tosee some improvements

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

One of the most value-for-money hotels in Batam, with very spacious and comfy rooms. What stands out is that the staff here are all extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Pak Yuli who is very kind to guests and his co-workers alike. There's a reason why I keep coming back!
