酒店孤立,有陽台的房間,遠處有海景,早餐好,基本,員工不,總是儘量幫忙。房間的唯一問題是,如果你不能用光睡覺,那麼你就不能呆在酒店,除非你早晨17點再也不能住,房間的“黑暗”完全是無效的,或者是在這個酒店,你得早早睡覺醒來。但我喜歡,我會回來的,游泳池只會在幾個月內運行,因爲葡萄牙已經有更多的月了陽光和熱。

公寓很有趣,很寬,裝備很好,但是已經注意到了一些維修不足,停車方便也很積極,支援是從酒店接待處做的,但幾乎沒有。每次我試圖打電話給接待處,沒有人接待,接待處裏的人員不足也讓出入住有點拖延,不過工作人員還是很心,大樓的游泳池和室都沒有運行。一個重要的筆記,特洛伊沒有太多的基礎設施,唯一可用的超市,在公寓下面,很貴,沒有什麼東西。

即使在CV19條件下，我對立麪四星級的酒店的期望也更高。 每天早晨以相同的程序進行操作，將咖啡放入紙袋裝在ToGo杯中，再加上蘋果和木刀，並用鋁箔紙將“三明治”包裹在相同的配料上（切片奶酪，不含黃油的干火腿切片）。 幸運的是，女服務員設法不撒咖啡，一切都幹了。但是那一塊水果現在又好又溫暖。 否則，一切都被浸透了，包括早餐在內的一天和早餐都被“弄亂了”。 沒有盤子，普通杯子，普通餐具等的跡象。 不幸的是，酒店廚房的食物不值這個價錢。 Carpaccio的衣着很好，中間完全冷凍，所以新鮮與眾不同。一方面是“迷你”漢堡，另一方面是乾麵包，當您看着它時會散開（13歐元），這是個玩笑，不幸的是，它並不有趣。 巴赫現在已經住了好幾次了，這不可避免地是因為其他一切都已關閉，一旦有其他選擇，我將立即做出改變。 酒店本身很乾凈，很新而且很現代，但是您被上述情況所破壞 真丟臉！！！！！

Estava tudo impecável. Encontramos tudo limpo e arrumado. A única situação a apontar foi no pequeno almoço, achei que poderia haver mais variedade, apenas tinha o básico. Por exemplo, fruta lâminada, ovos mexidos, frutos secos, variedade de queijos e compotas caseiras. Mas no geral gostei muito de ter ficado alojada neste hotel.

Arrival and Check in 3/5 On arrival we were not really helped with our luggage. The lady didn’t recognise our diamond status. After I reminded her that I would like the free breakfast. When we asked reception for advice on restaurants shopping etc they not been very helpful to be honest Rooms 5/5 The room are spacious very clean with a wonderful balcony. The sleep quality was exceptional. The only thing was the shower temperature did not remain steady throughout your shower. The housekeeping is good. It is great at last a hotel with USB B & C plugs by the bed. Thank you!! Breakfast 5/5 On arrival the first morning at breakfast it was clear reception had messed up with advising the restaurant breakfast was included. To the rescue came Vanessa. We left it with her she resolved the issue. No drama No fuss. The breakfast is fantastic. I have to say the breakfast team are a credit to this hotel. They helped us also with our questions on the local area where to get best pasteles etc. Dinner and Bar 5/5 The superb team at breakfast continues into night. The bar team of both Pedros made us fantastic express mi martinis. The whole team is super friendly. The buffet was adequate. When they run out of tonic water and Grey Goose the F&B Manager I think called Diego changed a negative situation into a positive one. For me is a Sign of great customer experience. A little treat awaited us on return to room. This nice touches show the staff listen to the clients. Spa and Pool 5/5 We only used the Internal Pool. The lane dividiers in the pool were dirty. They are not needed and should be removed. The cleanliness around pool was top notch Overall this is the best Crowne plaza I have ever stayed in. The staff at the restaurant are level I would expect at intercontinental. I would definetly come back. Bit more of customer service training and this hotel would be exceptional.

酒店很漂亮,但有點孤立,因爲位於田區。有兩個可取的高爾夫球道,不太難。酒店和餐廳的工作人員很棒。家也很完美。問題在於,這家酒店應該是成年人酒店,因爲沒有交流房間,所以孩子們從一個房間過來,一間隔着門,着叫着,一間隔着門,一間隔着門,一間隔着門,一間隔着門,一間隔着門,一間隔着門,一間隔着門,一間隔着門,一間隔着門,一間隔着門,一間隔着門,一間隔着門,一跟着走。第一週很美,第二週不好,因爲很多家庭所以很多孩子和很多音。不忘在假期裏的法語,不高,相信一切是允許的。哦,是的,酒店裏有很多狗,這留下了的印象,而酒店真的是乾淨的,簡直是一片美麗但不用用的地點。

作爲假期的一部分,我們在塞西布拉呆了10天,這是我們第一次在謝拉頓的四點。在我們逗留期間,工作人員很友好,樂於助人,房間寬敞,很乾淨,游泳池和高層有很多椅子(游泳池第三層的太陽牀很適合放鬆和閱讀一本書)。從酒店到市中心/海灘區大約需要步行15分鐘,對我們來說沒什麼大不了的。特別是我們在酒店吃早餐或市中心吃晚餐後,需要步行,在那些懶洋洋的日子裏提供班車服務是完美的。我們要做的就是留出時間接送。瓦倫蒂恩(希望我拼寫正確)你很棒,總是準時,總是樂於助人!特別感謝Rodrigo Bernardo,他使我們的住宿更加特別。

I spent a weekend at Sana with my girlfriend. We didn’t have a good experience. 1) the breakfast is very limited for a 4 star hotel that charges 100+ a night. Aside from standard eggs, mushrooms and cheese, there are very limited options. Also, they bring very limited quantities and hence people almost have to fight over food. 2) the staff is not helpful. For instance, we book 2 nights in different rooms and given that we arrived late we asked to go to the second room directly. They said it was not available. It happened that the first room they gave us didn’t have a working aircon and after this, the second room miraculously became available. 3) hotel charges you $12 per night. Mind blowing. If you park in front of the hotel on the street by the ocean, and you don’t pay the fee and get a fine, it amounts to $8. Ridiculous. Very poor experience and won’t go back for sure.
