西博伊根格蘭德斯戴住宿套房酒店(GrandStay Hotel & Suites Downtown Sheboygan)

The hotel was like a little apartment in terms of the layout of the room. It has two bedrooms, a kitchenette with full size fridge, dishwasher and a two-burner stove. It would be a great place to stay if you are here for a longer time when it would make more sense to cook instead of eating out. It was cleaned well and comfortable enough for us. It's a good option for parents with kids who don't want to pay a fortune for a fancy summer beach condo, but still want to visit Sheboygan.

There were several little things. Coffee was cold and 1 of 2 carafes empty at breakfast. No receipt provided at check out. Was told to go onine with 3rd party to get receipt. Breakfast was below expectations. Hard pastry, no orange juice, no apple juice. no milk for cereal. No meat (assuming sausage) Just not a great breakfast. I was there around 7:30am. I don't expect much but this was below expectations.

I had a very uncomfortable check in experience. It was 12:30/1am very late& I am traveling alone. I brought my items into the lobby and asked to check in. The hotel clerk immediately commented on my looks which at first I thought was innocent I said thank you and moved on with check in process. He asked me who I was traveling with and I told him alone. Then he asked why I was traveling again typical questions for a hotel clerk; however, this is when things got very uncomfortable he continued to comment on my looks & say how pretty he thought I was and I kept brushing it off. Then when he was asking my information for check in he asked for my phone number for the computer then he said “can I keep your number?” I was so uncomfortable he knows I am traveling alone, I am a very small girl, and it was almost 1 am and he made me feel so uncomfortable before I even got into my room. Then when I reached the room I realized the ground floor room had two big windows very close to the sidewalk. After the uncomfortable encounter with the hotel clerk, I was nervousto be on the ground floor so close to the sidewalk. I went back to the front desk where I stood for nearly 10 minutes bc the clerk went MIA -I rang the bell-no response. When he returned, after doing things on the computer for10 minutes he said they did not have another room. It’s now the next night & my credit card is charged twice. It’s again1am & it’s the same guy working the desk - my friend offered 4me tostay at her house

Convenient location. But in room TVs very poor quality. No sound insolation between floors.. constantly could hear people above "plodding" noisily. Breakfast very sp****....had to ask for basics every day

Everything was good. The only thing is the bed was a bit uncomfortable but it was still a nice hotel. I would stay there again.

Breakfast timings listed 6am-10am. Two day in a row. Hot breakfast not there at 9am. Other items not filled when empty.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which is perfect for a family. 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch. Clean on comfy, only drawback was the bathroom floor needs replacing-broken tile. Breakfast was good. Thanks

Thank you for putting our family on the same level. Hotel was nice and clean.

The hotel was clean and quiet in a great part of town that was easy distance from everywhere we needed to go.
