The hotel was fairly average in appearance. It was really hot in the room and when we turned the AC on it bounced between too hot and too cold (this was in -15 weather) We were really disappointed that the TV did not have the Food Network which is the channel we usually watch when at a hotel as we don’t tend to like most shows on TV. Breakfast was really great- lots of variety. Overall I don’t know if we will be back as being too hot and cold made it difficult to sleep and with nothing to watch on TV made for a not as exciting evening (we don’t have cable at home so the Food Network is a make or break for us.

Clean quiet room which provides good sleep through night. This is evident in the bathroom with clean tub, clean toilet, no evident of told. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options which our children thoroughly enjoyed. We will come back when we are in the area.

Room was clean, breakfast was wonderful! Didn’t like that I could hear trains blowing their whistles all night! I barely got any sleep. And the parking lot is way too small for the hotel. We couldn’t find a spot when we got back to our hotel in the evening.

The property was super clean! We had a good stay. The pool and the breakfast were good too. Highly recommended!

We forgot our toothpaste, and were given a small tube free of charge. The breakfast room was nice and there was a good variety of food Thanks

Not bad for a basic hotel. Gets the job done, and has what you need.

Had the suite with the jetted tub, the jets made the water black since they were so dirty. Also bed was stained and had blood on it. Would like to be contacted by the hotel.

The room was great as was the staff. Parking, though, ******. We came back late to the hotel and had to park down the block a ways and across the street. Otherwise, it was good.

We always stay here when in Sherwood Park. It's close to family and friends. My only issue is the pillows. I feel like my head is on a rubber ball.

Rooms up to a high standard with large shower room. Fridge and microwave useful additions. Although out of the main shopping areas a few walkable local restaurants which were good and only 10min drive into city and 30min from Elk Island NP.

The hotel is very nice and relaxing close to many shops and restaurants room is very clean and staff are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again it's only a 30 minute drive into Edmonton where there is plenty of things to do. Great for family or couples and it's a safe place to stay.

Very nice clean hotel. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfest was amazing .

The hotel overall was very good. The only negative I would give is that we phoned ahead to request a top floor room and was told it would be no problem but didn’t get one. Overall the experience was good and would recommend it.
