柳岸酒店(Hotel Willow Banks - Boutique 4 Star Hotel on the Mall Road Shimla)

Wonderful hotel stay. This place is very charming. I saw pictures and fell in love with the view. It’s very practical for tourist purposes as it’s located very close to the parking and also is extremely easy to access if one’s on the Mall Road. The hotel is wonderful in terms of their offerings! I loved the microbrewery it was a delight and their hanging air beds. Just wow! Honestly haven’t spotted something like this . We lazed around and had a fantastic time. The rooms are very spacious and there is a lot to choose from in terms of food options .. Mughlai , cafe , cocktails and Chinese .. wide choice . I really enjoyed the hospitality . We pampered ourselves at the spa 🧖‍♀️. Lovely stay

Super comfy hotel. We booked with them as I had seen their pics online. As we entered we were impressed by the fact that it's just not a hotel but also 5 in-house restaurants ... so for a foodie family like ours this was awesome! There's a beautiful lounge on the rooftop and also a club in the hotel premises. The rooms are very spacious. Good for a family of 2-3. Our view was of the mountains and that was the BEST decision. We choose that category of room. The hotel is pretty close to mall and the shopping areas so great to walk out any time and head out for a stroll. This was our main reason for staying here, as unlike theog or any far place, in this case we are very central. The hotel has a nice open air cafe which has live music too. Wonderful ambience, stay and value for money definitely .

I stayed at Willow Banks for 3 nights in May 24 with my 6 member family . The stay was , in one word. excellent. With a great location on Shimla's superb mall, a highly professional and well-***nered staff and high standards of service, all the amenities one could wish for and good food , Willow Banks is a place where I truly feel I would like to go back to again , even though Shimla is quite far away from where we live in Kolkata . The mall in Shimla is quite frankly, the best in India and Willow Banks really blends well with it .

Stayed at hotel willow banks for three nights .Hotel is on the mall road which is great. You have to park your car at the central parking which is biggest multistorey parking of shimla. Hotel will send its porter who will carry your luggage from parking to the hotel for just Rs 150. You can walk for two minutes and reach the hotel lift which will take you up to the hotel reception on mall or you can use tourism lift till the mall and then walk for around 200 metres to reach the hotel. Hotel has beautiful rooms some facing the mall road and others facing the shimla city. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel has its own microbrewery named shimla brewing company which is one of the best in shimla it has indoor as well as roof top which is named sky bar. Hotel also has a restaurant which is also one of the most popular in shimla and it serves some realy great food . They also have a caffe ,spa,gym and even jawed habib salon inside the hotel . Staff is super friendly always ready to help you. Do try their food everything is just super delicious. Thanks willowbanks team for making our trip so special.

My second stay here and the place is nice. Why we decided to book again is primarily the location. If you think you need to visit mall road then this place stands out. Rooms are pretty decent and also are the views of the entire Shimla from the balcony rooms. Food is pretty decent and so is service. A popular cafe - Shimla times is right next door. All in all - good place

Very comfortable and has a warm woody vibe in rooms . The balcony overlook a beautiful view, whole Simla you can see from here. It's a beautiful sight to wake up to. The food was exceptional. We mostly went to their inhome cafe and bar . Both were different from each other and had a totally different vibe. It was 100 % value for money . Infact it was a best decision as the perfect location, very close to the tourist lift making travelling very easy for us.

Great location of this hotel. The view is just mind blowing! That's the highlight I would say. Sitting here you can get the charm of the Mall Road, enjoy the shopping spree as it's central and also get amazing mountain range view from the rooms and restaurants . We took a higher floor balcony view and that was the best decision. These rooms are cozy and have the hill station charm with their wooden interiors , sloping roofs and beautiful view. Second highlight of my stay was the exceptional food. The pan Asian restaurant eighteen71 was our go to place. Very comfortable interiors. The club within the hotel was also amazing for a good night out . Their bar has very good music and great beer 👌 The rooms are pretty spacious and priced well . The food made a 5/5 on my list as we were a big group and we got a plethora of options to choose from within the premises- from the cafe , bar and also the room dining.

Perfect location on Mall road Shimla, even the hotel lift helps connectivity to the main road (close enough). Nice rooms (recommended ones with balcony). Service and breakfast buffet could have been better. Recommended!
