Very clean and the kitchen and full sized refrigerator was an unexpected plus. Good mattress.

10/10 LOVED We have stayed in a Candlewood Suites in Bluffton, SC and we loved it, and we were so happy to see that the level of service, cleanliness, and commitment to their customers was the same across multiple states, having now stayed in Arizona! Our room was so clean and spacious! We had extra linens in room for our pull out couch, the AC worked AMAZING and kept our room cool and refreshing, and the entire hotel smelled clean and was very inviting! The bed was soooo comfortable and the bathroom products were amazing as well (Dove products) We will definitely be returning to this location, as well as making sure to book Candlewood Suites in our future vacations no matter what state! We appreciate the customer service and level of hospitality so much.

I'm currently staying here for business, I went down to the front desk to get toilet paper and I rang the bell 3 times. I waited about 10 minutes for a worker to turn up. Turns out the worker, Alexis, was at Holiday Inn showing off her puppy. The least someone could do is leave the note that they were busy.

The rooms were spacious and had kitchens to boot. Staff were courteous, helpful and friendly.
