千橡尊貴旅館(Premier Inns Thousand Oaks)

The hotel was ok, would have been great but was like a halfway house with what looks like lots of homeless being housed there with shopping carts scattered around the car park. It’s such a shame as it can be off putting to genuine guests and make you feel uncomfortable at times, they even tossed left over pizza over the balcony that missed my head by only a few inches. Fridge was broken, no microwave. Now for the WiFi, come on Premire Inns it’s 2023 for gods sake, 7.99 a day for WiFi that can’t even stream a football game, shame on you, absolute disgrace charging that amount for suck slow WiFi this day in age. You have a lot of potential but let yourself down with small details and modern accessories

Nothing bad happened, but nothing positively memorable, so my intention is to write this positive, constructive review: Outdoor lighting beside the iron gate "teller window" lent a creepy feeling upon first look. The room smelled foul, mattress uncomfortable. I can't continue without ranting. Travellers may wish to consider alternative accommodations.

The shower and toilet are very not proper work, today at 5:45 am the toile was running water all over the room, I called front desk and they replayed “the technician will be here at 9am. I aske him to advise the tenant below to let them know, and he replied, let them complain about it first!

A lot of weird people the truth feels an unsafe environment and a lot of cigarettes stinks and above all the sheets are the same and look old and all yellow and old as well as the decoration and appliances such as the wooden refrigerator the TV of the first ones that went on the market

Homeless woman knocked on door trying to come in the room. Unfortunately, ice machine was empty. Only have 1 machine on the property. Soda machine would not take my $5 dollar or $1 dollar bills.

We go there to get away from the hustle and bustle of the valley great climate, weather, and great restaurants and friendly staff

The room had roaches holes in the door along with knife slits the outlet didn't work The TV had lights on it

Chambre simple voire un peu trop pour le prix. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas et le matelas était tres mou. Donc moyen.

On arrive à 20h et fermé jusqu'à 20h20 pour lunch...
