Wir haben im Morgan Resort einen tollen Familienurlaub erlebt. Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit grossem Pool und geräumigen Zimmern.
Es ist sehr schade, dass die vielen Gäste am Morgen die Liegestühle mit Badetücher blockieren, da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür.

The staff were terrible, slow, Unhelpful and impolite. 30 minutes to get a drink, 55 minutes to get served. Constant booming music from 11am to 10pm used to drown out the noise of the aircraft which shook the building. Pictures of the hotel are deceptive. The staff did not care.the Manageress at check in was rude. The rooms were clean, but failed to be ready on a prearranged time. This is barely s 1 star hotel.avoid at all costs.

We loved the ocean front property and all of its amenities. We enjoyed the spa services, breakfast poolside as well as lunch. Pricing was reasonable and although they were in the midst of repairs every effort was made to accommodate. The music was extremely loud at night and wchos up into the rooms due to design. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return.

The hotel is a great facility located in a great area of the island. The facility is nice near Maho beach. The only thing I will say needs to improve is the response of the staff for creating an unforgettable experience. Even though they were nice with their guests, looks like very few of them are asking if you need any help when they observe you need assistance.

The staff were all fabulous! We loved the pool and the vicinity to the airport! The only thing I would have to say wasn’t the best was the jacuzzi wasn’t warm but they were working on it.

We loved every minute of our stay!! Food and drinks were excellent! Staff was even better! Andrea was hands down the best! She made our friends birthday exceptional and gave great service! She is a gem!!
