I have paid through *******, I have denied accommodation with a message ******* does not pay them and no rooms available. Result I don’t get room and to search for accommodation at some other hotel. Lost money

Fake account of **********, I landed at the hotel at 11 pm MAL residency, Sirkazhi on 13.08.22 with confirmed booking, to my shock, hotel reception informed, they have no account with **********, no rooms available. The hotel contact phone no. was connecting to someone in pondichery. Horrible experience, will not again book through in.hotels.com

Management is too cooperative. Actually the management didn't receive information about my booking through mail but still they allowed me to occupy without much trouble after taking print of my booking.
