卡塞雷娜酒店(Hotel Ca' Serena)

Gerne kommen wir wieder ....Schönes Hotel , Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr sauberes Hotel direkt am See, Tolle außen Terrasse, Zimmer sehr sauber, Parkplätze sind leider nicht so gut langes suchen das war das einzige was ich zu bemängeln hätte

Tolles Hotel, nicht Top modern, etwas ringhörig, aber trotzdem mit sehr hohem Wohlfühlfaktor. Direkt am See, superschöne Seesicht. Toller Seeweg zum flanieren, Bademöglichkeit direkt vor dem Hotel. Pedalos gleich beim Hotel gemietet werden. 20 Min. Fussweg ins Zentrum. Ein tolles Restaurant 2 Fussminuten vom Hotel. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross, sind aber sauber und zweckmässig. Ein Ort zum Erholen direkt am See, mit Flair, nettem Personal und TOP Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir konnten das Auto gleich beim Hotel parkieren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Personale super disponibile, posto in buona posizione e ottimo parcheggio.

Siamo stati una notte in questo Hotel, dopo la decisione last minute di passare due giorni a Sirmione. La posizione é molto comoda,essendo anche l'hotel dotato di parcheggio, sulla riva del Lago. Nota speciale la colazione in terrazza e la possibilità di godere del lago come piscina naturale. Consigliato.

Great location! Easy to walk to the city center and many things to do around the hotel with great restaurants just meters away. The breakfast is very good! And the morning staff went above and beyond. There is a man who works at the desk at night who was rude and was not helpful at all and would not help answer my questions or help me at all. That is unfortunate because all of the other front desk staff was exceptional. They helped give tips about Sirmione and even Verona. Rooms are a bit small but overall a good stay and amazing location on the lake.

The Villa Ca’Serena may easily qualify as the best AirB&B offering in Santa Rosa. The property achieves the spirit of a lush Italian villa. It is located in a tranquil part of Proctor Terrace, a convenient stone’s throw from a Safeway/CVS Pharmacy shopping center containing many other businesses including restaurants. You are warmly greeted by owner/proprietor Judith, who inspired construction of the villa which houses a number of suites. Ours was the Tuscan Suite, a comfortably appointed bedroom with front table and chairs, rear bath with Jet Tub, walk-in shower and tiny kitchenette. Furnishings were richly in keeping with an Italian villa theme. Sleeping was comfortable with a central queen-size bed and a separate single bed. An efficient fan and excellent ventilation countered warm June days and nights were cool. There is no air conditioning. The suite had some essentials including coffee, coffee machine and filters, basic plates, bowls and cutlery. Benches, tables and chairs are arranged around common areas and a large, romantic lion-head fountain is a central feature offering tranquil water sounds. There is a laundry room at the front of the property available for use. Limited off-street parking is available. An automatic security gate protects the property. For any special needs, Judith is eager to help out and is highly respectful of guests’ privacy. Our friends and relatives were similarly warmly welcomed, as they were all astonished at the incredible ambiance of the villa. Everyone took a business card from the display to share with contacts who would be delighted to lodge at the property. For those looking for a cozy boutique experience, Villa Ca’Serena rates a solid five stars.

I and my wife spent 4 days at Cá Serena and It was great. The staff is very friendly and nice. As I have a small dificulteis to climb stairs, they offered an upgrade to a room in a B&B in front the hotel, operated by the hotel. The room is comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is very good and complete, although I missed some more fruits. Really I recommend Ca Serena also for its great location, near to the historic center.
