Nice room however the smell of drains from the bathroom and noise from the bar were awful. Customer service from some of the staff was none existant . Its a real shame as this is a great locashion in the midfle of chappel st leonards and close to the beach.

What a Fantastic Hotel in the middle of Chapel St Leonards. The Rooms are large spacious and very well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities & loads of storage, the Kingsize bed was very comfortable and warm. The bathroom was massive with everything you could ever need. The Hotel/bar Staff where excellent & could not do enough to make sure your stay was brilliant. The local area has loads of Cafes, Restaurants, pubs & Shops & the Fantastic Chapel Beach is a mear one minute walk away. All in All we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Vine Hotel to anyone

The people on reception were helpful with the room heating. Ladies in the early morning helped me and my carer Lovely village chips hop just across the road. Food was tasty and I would have gone their everyday

Room was ok cleaish floor was wooden laminate very dusty Bed was comfy But the noise from the karaoke which was directly below us was ridiculous!!! U only get 1 room key so if u want to pop out u have to take the kettle to get back through the doors which leaves ur room without power so leaves ur partner alittle bored beer was good you chap behind the bar very pleasant Car park is pay and display upto 3pm at a cost of 60p per hour after 3 register ur car with hotel which gives u free parking

Really quick friendly check in! Our room was spotlessly clean and really large-clean bed with crisp white sheets.There was karaoke downstairs but it was over by ten o’clock then never heard a thing all night .would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic! From start to finish helping us complete our vision for our wedding to executing it so beautifully. Leanne and Jo in particular were absolutely fantastic, as was the night gentleman who helped make me fruit tea in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep and woke with no voice. Couldn't have asked for better - Jeni & Tom

Food is very good and great value,bedrooms are immaculate including the bathroom good value for money staff are very helpful and polite will be re booking next year.

2steak n chips so dry**urger n chips x2 waited 2 hours for this meal so dry like it was cooked yesterday no one finished there dinner asked to talk to manager because the bill was over by £16 but he was playing golf finished there ⁷dinner

We have just returned from a family mini break at The Vine Hotel. We had a great time! We enjoyed the entertainment on Saturday evening, and joined in with the karaoke. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The drinks are a really reasonable price. We didn't eat here as we were out and about exploring but we saw the Sunday carvery and it looked and smelt amazing! The rooms are really clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was awesome too. I have nothing negative to say whatsoever! I'm still amazed at the value for money. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach (if that). It was a shame that they don't do breakfast, but there are lots of places with a few minutes walk to get something to set you up for the day. We are already planning our return visit. There is lots to do locally and the buses are super regular to Ingoldmells and Skegness.
