裏札開放式公寓酒店(Ritsa Studios)

Bon accueil. Infrastructure propre dans l’ensemble. Mais des objets traînaient sous notre lit à notre arrivée. On s’interroge sur le ménage. La Clim de la chambre était vétuste et très très bruyante.

Positives Great location, central to everything 2 mins from the main street but quiet enough on a night. Apar**ent was cleaned daily with new towels left. Good selections of shampoo and shower gels. Aircon was good. Beds quite comfy. Good sized pool. Negatives Shower head it only 3 foot from the floor, Ahighter shower head holder definately needed. We had an apartnebt which had a twin bed maisonette, This is OK for smaller children but we had 2 x 17 year old girls and lacked privacy. Pool bar was not open once on our 11 day stay (mid august, peak times). More staff needed at the hotel the lovely lady who seems to do everything and needs help.

Perfect location and clean/comfortable/safe accommodations.

Stayed in ritsa five times! four times alone for two and three weeks at a time. The Last time with two kids! Had an appar**ent with two floors, (kids beds on top) Lovely little hotel. Very clean and nice. The staff working there is so lovely! in centre of town so short walking distance to everything. keep comming back here as very happy everytime.

Stayed here for a week with 3 friends and it was brilliant, so central to everywhere and the 2 woman that run it were so helpful and very attentive. The pool was never busy so it was ideal. The room was very spacious, only issue was the fan in the upstairs section of the room did not do much and the aircon doesn’t really reach it from downstairs. Other than that everything was great.

Studios Ritsa is clearly very well cared for and is in exceptionally good condition. Our first impression as we arrived was overwhelmingly positive - both the outside and interior of the property were beautifully clean, fresh, and well maintained. We received a warm welcome and the location couldn't have been better - we were only a few minutes' walk from the main street in Skiathos, yet the property felt tucked away and private. The pool was great (if a little cold!) and it was so useful having a kitchenette in our room. The room itself was perfect and we felt really well looked after, with daily cleaning and regular change of towels and bedding. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who asked!

This is a great location. It’s within minutes of shops & restaurants, but it is on a quiet street. The rooms are clean & we had everything we needed for a great week.

Just returned from a lovely holiday at the Ritsa. Rooms were comfy with lots of storage and hanging space for clothes. Small kitchen area and bathroom. The room was kept spotless. These studios are in a perfect location, 5 mins to Papadiamanti street, 2 mins from a supermarket and yet in a quiet and peaceful setting. Lovely little pool but only used on first day. Absolutely perfect and will return again.
