Some updates are needed especially to elevator, it was a bit noisy and squeaky. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Not bad for a night stay

Liked location for restaurants and shopping also had a pool and a bar. Rooms were big and very clean

I loved our stay we arrived earlier than our check in and they had our room available the food was good all the staff were super nice and extending our stay wasn’t hard either the only thing was the hotel was out of plastic utensils 5stars

We extended our stay the hotel was super nice and quiet and the staff were great and it was an all around nice experience

This hotel felt a little remote to me. The front desk staff was very nice. Everything in the hotel felt dated though.

-Elevator was not working so it would have been nice to have been offered help to take our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. -The young man working the desk the night of 10/20 was extremely nice and courteous. -We tried to order room service for breakfast and the phone continued to ring busy so we were never able to do that. -Even though a Starbucks is in the hotel, it would have been nice to have had a coffee pot in the room especially since we could not order from our room. -Shower soap containers were empty. -Room was very clean and spacious.

I reserved a king bed & paid in advance through ********** but when I checked in I got queen beds & paid again. The front fest didn’t inform me about the additional charge of $120. I realized it when I checked out. They said they would reimburse the money but I haven’t got it after 5 days. They should have checked my reservation carefully.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed plenty of space- only thing we didn’t like was no coffee in room and no complimentary coffee in the am- Starbucks in lobby the only option

The rooms were roomy and clean. The location was nice and convenient. Will definitely book again.
