The Residence Cicladi is the ideal place to spend a relaxing stay by the sea immersed in a splendid Mediterranean garden.
The bright and comfortable three-room apartments of about 60 square meters (on the ground floor or on the 1st floor) are surrounded by a luxuriant garden.
Furnished with care, they have a large living room with dining table and sofas, double bedroom, bedroom with two beds, WC with shower, kitchen or kitchenette with everything needed for preparing meals.
In the apartment, independent heating (paid according to consumption), wall safe, fridge with freezer, kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, satellite TV, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board, complete kitchen utensils.
They also have a large private terrace overlooking the sea with an elegant table and chairs where you can have meals in front of a spectacular view.
The beautiful trees and tall hedges surrounding the apartments ensure peace and privacy.
In the large garden there is a large barbecue area with gazebo and tables for outdoor dining, spaces for relaxation and conversation, solarium, showers, table tennis, bowling green, children's play area, coin-operated washing machine, large enclosed private parking.
For sea lovers there are several beaches nearby:
- at about 100 meters the “aciddara” beach (public and not equipped) can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Along the Sp 23 - Capo Zafferano / Mongerbino coast road:
