Hotel Indigo 長島 - 東尾(Hotel Indigo Long Island - East End)

When we checked in we were asked what card we wanted to use to pay the $164 balance. We gave a card. Turns out they already charged the room to the card on file. We are not sure why they asked for payment again. Now they took $182.63 out of TWO of my accounts. The balance was only $164. But we were now charged twice for the wrong amount. They say it will correct it self but we have still yet to be refunded any money. On top of that our dinner was charged to our room after we gave a credit card at dinner. So again our card was charged twice for the same dinner. We have yet to see that refund of $182 as well. We are out about $400 now that we are waiting to be refunded. It was a very stressful experience watching all this money being charged to our cards. I will wait a few days and then dispute all charges with my credit company if I do not see it all corrected. Over all we went out for our anniversary and ended up stressing about all the money that was mistakenly taken from us. Thank you, Donna Connolly

Property cleanliness was acceptable. Furnishings a little outdated. Went into room and outside glass door would not lock and slightly ajar. Told front desk and while we went out for the afternoon maintenance fixed it. All fine and good except when we get back to room outside door would not open now and making it a different type of safety issue of no clear way out in case of emergency. Do not stay in room 123. Humming sound allll niiiight long, possibly from electrical box located on outside wall.

My husband and I were there for a quick weekend getaway. Centrally located, a quick car ride to vineyards , and other north fork locations. The hotel was very clean, the restaurant was a nice atmosphere and great food. My only complaint was the noise level on our floor during the night.

Great stay, very clean. The staff was police. I really enjoyed the restaurant. It was an all around great experience. Definitely recommend and I will be staying there next time.

comfortable and relaxed stay. Rooms are nice and spacious and has a great big TV inside. The room also has a microwave and refrigerator. Everything you could need out of a hotel room.

Wow, our staycation was lovely. We enjoyed the pool and the food was amazing!!!!! Happy Hour from 4-7..it was a pleasant surprise. Only quam was we had a lot of hair in our room, from the tub to the bed sheets. The tub had a partial shower which made it hard to bathe toddlers. The tub was also very dirty, I scrubbed it myself. It was very obvious. Other than that it was great. I would stay again.

Very lovely hotel Neat and clean. Doing some work outside but didn’t affect us. Staff very helpful

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The bistro 72 has fantastic food for when you are sitting at the bar or having dinner with family.

Staff all were very accompdating and friendly. Rooms are decent and were very clean. Restrooms need much more counter space. Side entrance very nice for getting to and from your car. Wiuld stay here again.
