房間寬敞明亮，窗外小溪潺潺，遠處是森林。安靜祥和。兩張大床完全可以住4個人。酒店門口有一家日料店，味道不錯。

The service at reception is wonderful, as well as with hotel and gym staff. The amenities are fantastic: very spacious gym, saltwater pool, hot tub, sauna, steam, and full golf course. Wish I could have stayed for more nights! I will definitely return.

Everything was clean and functional. There was a $55.00 fee for a pet that was not mentioned on the booking. Aside from that there was supposed to be hot breakfast available on Sunday morning (for a charge) but it was unavailable so a complimentary cold breakfast was offered. The Spa is open from 10am-6pm which did not work well with a 4pm check in and a 11 am checkout. We were unable to use it while there. It was a nice hotel and not too pricey but it was not a "blown off my feet and can't wait to come back" kind of place.

Great hotel and resort. Rooms were clean and the amenities were great. The pool was clean but do be mindful of hours because the place also functions as an athletic club. A great find that I would definitely go to again

Had a complete stranger walk in to my room they double booked the room ..

The room was comfortable. We did not eat at the hotel so I can't report on that. The only thing that I wasntyhappy with was the floors in the pool area needs to be cleaned- I noticed debris on the floor and it gave me the ick.

This isn’t really a family friendly hotel. Because of the Tavern staying open late, and a large group on our floor (think at least 6 rooms), we were woken up constantly during our stay because of loud voices/laughing in the hallway and slamming doors constantly from 10pm to 2am both Friday and Saturday. We were traveling with a 5 and 7 year old so it’s difficult to get sleep ourselves when they’re waking up startled. The room was okay, a little dirtier than we had hoped for - there was still garbage in the garbage cans, the paint was warped and peeling in the bathroom by the vanity, and a large patch of something very sticky on the desk that wouldn’t come off with a wipe. There was a leak nearby the main entrance of the hotel that was remedied with a bucket to collect the water, which was discouraging. Spending so much on a room for 2 nights - you expect the area to be clean and kept up however it’s clear it is not kept up well. Our shower was a struggle to get it work well - the shower head whistled but it was a pain to pull up the plunger to get the shower to work. You had to get it just right or else it would fall mid shower and switch to a bath. Our kids thought this was fun but I can assure you the adults didn’t. They have a nice pool area but there are other hotels in the area that are a bit more family friendly, search around.

Petfect as usual. Clean, comfortable and consistent. Always love the pub staff. Food, drink qnd service top notch.

My girl and I had a great stay at the Heritage. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. The bathroom was spotless the Pool and hot tub was great. The sauna and steemoom were a treat. Locker rooms were clean and the food looked amazing. Would love to come back and would highly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed this hotel and wish we had time to use the pool and massive gym! The only area I can see that needs improvement is the laundry/bedding. The bedding was clean but had the “old man” odor. Not fresh and definitely not scent free.

The staff at the hotel are its finest feature. The hotel itself was just ok. We stayed one night. When we arrived there was a bag of food at the entrance left behind by a guest. When we checked out next day the bag was over turned and food all over the sidewalk. Not the best greeting. Our room had loud guests above us and noises kept us up all night. Breakfast wasn’t available until 8:00 so having coffee available in the lobby before that would have been nice. The room rate was good so for families looking for a getaway it’s fine. The hot tub was not working but the gym/pool was great.

I wish the hot tub was up and running and to be unlocked so they could play their PlayStation game and connection.

Property was clean but dated. It had the basics. Guest room hallway smelled like marajana upon entering. We notified the front desk.
